I enjoyed there. I liked the swimming pool but I didn't swim. That's bad. The food and the rooms were amazing. I wanted to feed the fishes in the fish tank. I took a turtle doll.

The hotel has a whole package: nice ambience, good service, wonderful food.
I called 2 days before checked in and informed them that me and my spouse were celebrating our anniversary. They took note well and surprised us with honeymoon bedding, a slice of cake and welcome note.response / report this review -

as I'm here for several hours, what I like from the room is that it's clean and what I don't really like was first the wooden flooring whereas I always love the carpet flooring, the second one is the window where it doesn't stretches down to the floor level so it's not quite large and the third one were the floor lamp and table lamp where I don't really like the design, anyway it would be okay for me if eventually I need to stay in a hotel

Kamar lega, bersih. Tp beberapa bagian sudah tua, jadi kelihatan kusam dan nerjamur. Kolam renang luas. Ada area bermain anak. Breakfas cukup lengkap. Ruang meeting nyaman.

Nice hotel located in the city center, easy to access hopitals, shopping malls, universities etc. The staff is very responsive when I asked for a help. Recommended.

Good rooms. Warm staff. Decent buffet but not too grand. Really close to Galleria mall, Malioboro Street and other sights in the city. Would suggest to go for meals outside as there are good local and continental options nearby.

Central location and friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean and 2 bottles of drinking water per day were included. Big breakfast buffet with local, Asian and Western cuisine. Deposit must be left at front desk during check-in in order to write room service on the room. Otherwise immediate payment is required.

Very nice hotel, side by side with Galeria Mall, surrounded by cullinary environment (it's just walk distance). It is easy to go anywhere from this hotel by walking around, take a cab, Grab Car, or GoJek.

High profile hotel, plenty of services. Nice attendants, good english from everyone. Central position, near to two famous roads. Awesome food, live music sometimes. Rooms are a little old in some parts (mostly bathroom andò conditioning) but 100% functional. Security granted via locked elevator.

Ideal hotel fir location close to old town Malioboro and around 40,000-60,000 IDR and 25-30 mins from airport, making it a good overnight hotel before an early morning flight.You will be greeted by all the luxuries of a pool and full dining.
Point to note: When charging electronic devices there are no visible guest charging outlets , so you will likely end up using the power outlet for lights, and if you sleep with lights out, the master light switch will power off resulting in shutdown of your recharges.
Apart from that this hotel is spacious and lovely for families and the spa has a luxurious spa package and great WIFI.response / report this review -

The hotel in general might seem outdated if you judge based on looks only. But throughout my stay, they have great service and i feel really welcomed by all the staffs, from the manager to the waiter. But more importantly, the hotel has complete facility from gyms, pool, in room hot tubs, restaurant and game corner for kids. Its perfect for family and you can ask the room with Merapi mountain view. Its very calming to see in the morning. A good old hospitality institution. And close to many tourism/culinary spots without the traffic that you might experience at Malioboro area.

My first childhood hotel! Love the swimming pool!! Have a beautiful old memories here with my sister. This year the hotel didnt chance the face i think, its been 10 years pass i go to this hotel and im falling in love again. Good hotel and lil bit expensiv price in the city!

The classroom for meeting too large, but the restroom is clean. The salad here are delicious. There are dowa store and batik store.

The hotel is built in 1997, so the physical condition is not at the best. Elevator button doesn't work properly as well. Plus side is, the room still have bath tub in it, a signature of an old 4-star hotel.

I love it. Our first time join with Novotel Jogja. Number one hotel in its class, i think. Strategic location, good services (clearliness/friendliness), variatif breakfast menu, safety swimmingpool for children. Hope we can join together again someday. Keep struggling. Dont forget to smile.
