Old hotel but i like it. It located near street market malioboro, just a few minutes by walk. It has small garden and pool. The wifi is good. Breakfast can be improved. The staffs were full of smile and friendly. The room was big enough for three of us and it was clean also.

Very nice hotel staff and also very helpfull.
Hotel fasility is very standard with afew problem like water flow sometime very low, air conditioner problem in my room, less parking lot. But overall, it was nice.

Strategic location only 3 minutes to malioboro street. Large bedroom with open air bathroom and birdsong, it also has a lush green garden and swimming pool in the middle of this hotel area.

This place offer unique javanese style and atmosphere. It has green lush open space at the center and make you feel like in a garden. The room is old, the bed looks ancient and bulk fat TV from the 90's is still used, no international channel. Some room have bath tub, the food from hotel restaurant is okay for indonesian, but for foreigner might not. This is a good place for family with children and elder people, but if you prefer more modern style hotel you have to skip this one.

I'm impressed. I read mixed reviews and honestly for the price and location this place is great value. Budget style rooms with great service and amenities in the rest of the property! Good local breakfasts too. Only small portions if you get a western breakfast. Go local!

Good price and nice venue.
We have been in this hotel for 3 nights paying around 40€ for a double room. The hotel is nice. For sure the lobby, restaurant and swimming pool are the strong positive aspects of this hotel. Rooms are ok but I honestly the bathroom is way worst than the rest. Clean but very basic with an old bathtub and toilet. Breakfast is also basic. You have the possibility to chose between 5 basic choices and the quantity is definitely not abundant.

Good place to stay if you are going to spend most of the day wandering around malioboro.

The hotel is just around 500m from station, not too far so you can actually walk to get there (Take the south exit gate). It doesnt look pretty much from the front but once you get to the reception and greeted by friendly uniformed receptionist, you'll see its quite a big and clean place.

The room is big enough, around 3X6 m, with a bathroom "outside". It isnt shared bathroom, but it is literally outside, in the back of your room so you will feel like taking a bath outside, in an open space. nevertheless, its pretty much covered to keep your privacy. Inside the room, there is a tube TV that is pretty noisy when you turn it on and AC to fight the heat of Yogyakarta, but unfortunately no fridge. Its pretty hard to find the power outlet in the room so i recommend you to bring the T terminal to use the only power outlet available near TV.

I'd describe the atmosphere as "homy". You can sit at the porch, enjoying afternoon with the afternoon snack they provide, while chit-chatting with your partner or the guy next door. For muslim, there is a connecting door to the masjid, not mushalla, a real masjid, a clean and well maintained masjid. Theres also swimming pool inside.
