Nice place. Not to big. Nice atmosphere. After the beachclub nextdoor opened, all day loud music. Can hear it at the pool, the beach and in the rooms. Will not go again. Sorry RESPATI.

Hotel gardens are beautiful and it's right on the beach. Staff is very friendly. Had a great stay there.

Wonderful maintained garden. Nice apartments. Friendly staff. Great located at the beach. Fine pool and massage for a friendly price. During our stay there was unfortunately very little warm water.

Inferior security, run down & insect ridden.
Security is an issue here. Doors are only push-button locks. There is a vacant block next door and your valuables could be at risk.
The property is poorly maintained, probably quite nice in its day - the location is great, but the place is tired and run-down.
Has an insect problem - they try to tell you 'its the tropics' and you should expect that, but its not true. I have personally stayed at a number of places in Sanur (and around Bali) and have NEVER seen it like it was as this place.
The floor under the bed had clearly not been swept or wiped in weeks. You could see the grime, dust and dead insects. The bathroom fixtures (clothes line) was falling off the wall.
There are a good number of other hotels all along this 2km strip - find yourself something more secure and better maintained for your money.

Love the beach location! Rooms need some updating, but definitely adequate. Enjoyed the convenient restaurant there.

Stayed there in December 2014 and found the staff very helpful and the rooms very clean. Position excellent, great beach and in walking distance to everything. Enjoyed so much, that we are returning again this Xmas. I highly recommend this hotel to stay.

Ate at the attached restaurant (Waroeng Nelajan). Beer was warm, starter of chicken wings was old and tough. Chilli sauce was out of a supermarket bottle. Spaghetti cabonara, regurgitated egg with no sauce. Aussy pizza covered with plastic cheese slices and processed ham slices. Expect a long wait for poor food.
