Please recruit your security guys carefully. I just took the wrong wayout but your security guy looks like gangster want to fight with me. Is he a security guy or a gangster?! It makes me feel very uncomfortable and imagine if i bring my guests to stay to this hotel, it will embarrass me so much.
Happened on 24 May 2018, 21:10-21:15.
Tolong satpamnya diseleksi yang benar. Saya cuma salah jalan keluar, tp oleh satpam nya seperti diajak berantem. Ini satpam atau preman yang jaga? Jadi mikir dua kali untuk tinggal di hotel ini.

aircon not working and had to check out in mid night coz no one care to repair the aircon after complaining for almost one hour. booked using airy apps just to found out the room was located far from the main lift with awkward view and smelly (547) and the swimming pool with no water. very dissapointed.

Nice and cozy hotel, sometimes the private massage escort ladies just linger between floor to floor, offering theirs service, if you might.

Beautiful hotel with all ambience, it's a 3star hotel,
Staffs are very nice, cooperative as well as enthusiastic.
As swimming pool as well as Gym facility, ktv and Bar is attached,
Morning breakfast is included in the package, Breakfast is nice but very less choice for Vegetarians,
Cost wise GGi is superb hotel and nature of the staffs are very nice.response / report this review -

Everything about the hotel was good except swimming pool and WiFi connection. It would definitely standout if the whole hotel were to get fresh coat of paint!

Excellent hotel with very friendly receptionist. Nice furnishings. The bathroom was a little tight a round the toilet. close to Harbor Bay mall. I would highly recommend this hotel.

GGI good in aminities but bad in hygienic. Floor and towels are not cleaned well. And room full of Mosquito The bed some what soft and swimming pool is very dirty..

The building location is near harbour bay mall but the building look worn down and as it is near the ferry terminal there will be a lot of taxi driver waiting outside and offering u ride at their own pricing. And it is hard to get online taxi which is cheaper and more honest. Thus I've been pestered outside the hotel while using my phone as they tot that I was using online taxi service.

Very old building but the price is fair for its condition. However three stars is due to the hotel's inability to take charge of its own inadequacy.

Not bad needs maintenance went into room no locks on veranda door and fridge not working
But called reception and they moved us to new room
Needs more cleaning espessially on the veranda need check in planter boxes lots rubbish

Stayed here for 3d2n, hotel staff is friendly, has a ktv area, and just opposite the ferry terminal. Bad points. Hot water shower is not hot at all. We had to change room and the water is only warm. Room full of bugs, ants. Extremely dusty and the swimming pool is full of algae
