Soundproofing of room can be improved. Breakfast is bad. Price is decent.

Location was not the most ideal if you're someone that would like to go around the nearby areas to explore.. we got a smoking room but the carpet felt a little oily and was filled with burnt marks. The pool did not look like what it is. Breafast was not air conditioned as expected. Overall my expectations for the hotel was way higher based on its photos on various sites. Which was really disappointing. Going around would reauire a taxi. The hotel does provide a hotel taxi service. However I would recommend for visitors to get a grabcar as it's almost half of what you would be paying as compared to taking the hotel taxi. Room service menu came in 2 languages. English and chinese. But even the chinese wordings were really off and did not make much sense. Tv channels were wrong from the tv guide and the connection to the channels seems to be off with the starry channels. The staff were generally friendly from those that we have encountered even with the slight language barrier. Would not be staying in this hotel again due to it's location.

Buffet breakfast is quite nice. Wi-Fi signal is strong. I think they provide separate wifi for each room. Had dinner set for couple at only S$80 on Valentine day at Asher Bistro on 11th floor

Nice environment. And friendly staff. Although I have to wait for 1 hour to get my room. Beds are cozy and comfortable. Restaurant is full with food items that are delicious. Surrounding area you can find lots of food stalls. Morning breakfast is quite a feast..

I stay here for 2 nights and their service is awesome. Friendly staff, fancy room, and quiet place. The free shuttle to locals tourist area is amazing. The lounge on their rooftop is amazing too. The 4 stars is for the pricey BBQ event that isn’t worth as much as the price.

Service was not very good as the hotel system broke down on the day of arrival. Location wise there is food and night hawker nearby and also board games provided by the hotel for its guest. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel was a bit old and the pool was really small compared to the photos provided. The rooftop bar was reasonably priced but the food provided by room service was lacking in conjunction to the price.

Best hotel to stay in Batam,close to the nagoya mall shopping Centre.the hotel is also have a restaurant on the top with the best view of the city and Harbour.the food is delicious.totally recommended place to stay

Nice hotel great service friendly staff awesome views over batam from my room and bar on floor 11
Only issue in my room very bad cable connection can hardly see tv
But for me the worst thing is the pool area to get there you take the lift to b2 (basement 2) then walk down another flight of stairs so very difficult if not impossable for the elderly or disabled to get to pool
Once there pool hard access if elderly or diabled as you need climb stairs into pool then its 2 big steps to get into water with no hand rails so imagine again how can they get out of pool once finished
Also is infinity pool so keep an eye on your kids as very easy they can climb over glass edge of the pool which leaves a 2 or 3 story drop to ground below
But in all hotel has i would say best views in batam can see singapore skyline from bar and restaurant on 11th floor plus nice cool breezes in evening while sipping cold beer and soaking in good music from live band or dj with awesome viewsresponse / report this review -

Hi, I stay in this hotel on 18/02/17 and checkout on 19/02/17. I actually leave my HP on the bed when I leave room. Be4 I leave batam, I then remember that I leave the phone in the hotel. I ask my local friend to call back the hotel, thanks God, that room keeper keep it for me.
Reliable and friendly hotel staff..
