Average and quiet old hotel. The cleanliness can be improved. Nice staff and as long the price is affordable its ok for me

I decided to stay the night there and it was a terrible mistake. when I first came I turned on the AC and the air coming out wasnt at all cold. The bathroom hygiene was poor. I called the receptionist because the room was really hot. I was moved to another room but it had the same problem. then I called the receptionist once again, then there came a room service staff that did almost nothing but changed the AC timer setting, which didnt have anything to do with the temperature. for the last time, i was moved to another room, this time the AC was a bit colder (at least I could sleep). whats nice was that they tried to help us, but the fact that i felt uncomfortable because i moved room two times wouldnt change my opinions about this hotel. I dont feel like staying here again next time in the future.

Great Hotel! Good food from American Grill, and modern stylish room design. The cleanliness of the room can be improved but nonetheless keep up the good work!

It's a suck place for spending your night,
1. for a smoker, there's no signs for smoking disallowance, and you gotta be careful, cause you have to pay for it
2. The services is suck, I don't know why just in my room the power is outage, there's no such a confirmation
3. When transfered to another room, then the water is not work as good as my room before
4. And last but not least I have to find some on duty officer for open my another room cause the customer officer didn't give a key for that transferred room

Dirty rooms i changed twice and still got a dirty one, the staffs are mostly unfriendly.. doesn't even said hi. And the breakfast lacks variations..

The bed cover and the pillow case is not neat n tidy, they did not change it with the clean ones after the late guest check out. So disapointed.

This rooms here are very clean and comfortable with newly renovated rooms. They serve excellent American food with the highest quality and serves the best Thai Milk Tea in Jakarta. Understand that they have more of this coming up soon in malls around Jakarta

I online book this hotel, but one that I didn't expected is you need deposited some money, but you can claim it back when check out. I get Bussiness Executive Room (no. 601). The staff is quite nice, even guide me to the room.
The room is smell normal, a little bit dusty Seems not used by anyone. But I found the under bed is very dusty
The room is clean and nice, the AC is running normal which very weird because many people complained that the ac is not working. But what not working is the shower gel and shampoo, which not foamy at all And just found out at the morning, my toilet bowl is actually dirty, like they is cleaned half way through. And the under bed is kinda dusty, if you look under it.
The tv running quite nice, thanks to Biznet support, all channel look clean and nice. But the volume for every channel is different, so watch out if you set the volume quite high. And also I notice some crackle and hissing from some channel. The channel varieties is quite good.
The bed is nice & comfy. The pillow is soft, but kinda weird, it bouncy but they will flatten slowly Kinda flatten tire with very tiny hole But the bed is clean & comfy.
The next morning, I tried the breakfast. It was simple menu, Fried Rice, Spaghetti, Omelettes, Potato Chips, Porridge, and Mushrooms Soup. The fried rice is very mushy yet grainy and dry, and the taste is kinda meh! The spaghetti is have better taste, but still the Bolognese sauce is runny and watery, taste good but not appetizing to eat. The mushroom soup is thick & creamy, but the cheese is not melted yet and the tempt is kinda luke warm I want my soup hot you know. Kinda disappointed because the breakfast is run by America Grill franchise.
Overall due dusty and not working soap, the breakfast is overall below of expectation (especially is prepared from America Grills) I will give it 3 stars.response / report this review -

Friendly concierge, but overall staff service is very unprofessional and inefficient. Rooms should start being prepared upon one's online booking, and should be ready for guests by noon-2PM on the day of check-in, but in Business Hotel Tomang, the staff are making the guests wait even at 4PM. Lobby atmosphere is dull but ok. Wouldn't come back for a second stay, nor would I recommend anyone to. It's supposed to be a 3-star hotel but it pretty much feels like a 1-star. Felt dizzy once I entered the superior room, which is very tiny and crammed. The room smelt dirty and the bathroom hygiene is poor. There was also a dead cockroach.. I thought they were cleaning the room when they made me wait for the room to be ready? Service doesn't even come close to half of IBIS Budget Hotel's. which is supposed to be a 2-star.

Double deluxe dapat yg bau rokok. Ukuran kaman ga standar deluxe ya?? Good service though.. Hot water lumayan No tub. Channel TV lengkap. Sinyal Wifi lemah. Breakfast terlalu sederhana. Not worth the price.
