Walking distance from Ubud City Centre but it's a place little away from city noise. Wonder location and beautiful surroundings with a paddy land just adjacent to the hotel boundary. U will find two pools here. Rooms are good with balcony on two sides. Overall it's a good hotel. U can also rent a bike from the desk. Wifi is also available here. Behavior of the staffs are also good. Value for money, 4.5 out of 5 for me.

Great place to stay. The breakfast is a little overpriced but because it’s free it didn’t really matter. Rooms were clean and the service was great. Wifi was a little on the slower side but that is kind of expected due to its area.

Regret booking this horrible place for 5 nights unfortuanlty I payed upfront if not I would have rebooked somewhere else. Staff are rude, hardly understand English and laugh to eachother when I'm asking for help or advice. (I am currently sat in reception trying to book a taxi to the airport becuase they lied about offering airport shuttle)
We had ants all over our bed and our clothes. They claim to have a restaurant however every time we asked for food they lied and said there cook was at the market or not working every time we asked.
Overall I'm really disappointed with how this turned out as this place has the potential to be good it's just a shame about how it is runresponse / report this review -

I check in here on 22th, the staffs are really nice, view was amazing, when I open my back door, it's paddy field view. And my front door is a pool open till 8pm, also have main pool in the back open 24hours. I like this hotel, so nice and comfortable. Room just clean, free Wi-Fi access. Near the center of ubud, hotel also got shuttle bus. When I book the hotel, I got cheaper price 50% discount. It's really worth it and affordable for back packer with the 5stars service. I will come back soon this year.

This place is fantastic, the hosts are so friendly and helpful. The go the extra mile to make sure you have a great stay. They also showed us a great time out on the town! Will definitely be returning when we visit Amed again!!

TL;DR - Perfect, scenic, good location, EXTREMELY helpful staff
It is a wonderful resort and I'd recommend it to anybody! The rooms are, of course, clean and great (some with a wonderful view looking over rice fields). They have 2 pools and a free shuttle service into the main part of Ubud. There's also a great Indian restaurant right across the street and a decent shopping complex a few hundred meters away.
But most importantly, they are VERY nice, friendly and helpful. It was the middle of the night when we discovered that we were missing a passport and they drove us all the way back to the airport, talked to a lot of officials (in Balinese) and finally we succeeded in locating it. I'm sure our trip would have been ruined if they hadn't come to our rescue!response / report this review -

Lovely hotel with green surrounding and 2 pools, helpful staffs, comfortable shutter van to centre of Ubud and standard breakfast.
