Very good spa for not very high amount of money. The swimming pools were fantastic, especially the one with 40 degrees. The staff was used to English. And probably due to coronavirus pandemic there weren’t many people, so it was really quiet.

A place to relax after nights of heavy partying and drinking. The various temperature level of different pools gives you all types of body relaxing water therapy. The Sauna is also good for the whole body and in the end the Spa. Not only the normal aromatic spa but the most special one "THE BEER SPA" here you can spend some peaceful hours lying in the tub of beer and drink the unlimited supply of beers from the Taps mounted right next to your tub. Definitely recommend to visit this place if you are in Budapest

One of the best places in the world and the largest outdoor spa in the world. Definitely a must visit place if you visit Budapest. The vibes here are completely different. From entry till the lockers the whole process is quite simple. The changing rooms are normally busy and the place is packed most of the times. They also run night parties as well which we missed but definitely will give it a try next time 😍

I enjoyed the outdoor thermal bath. We only got the pool and cabin pass so I could not speak for everything else. Im usually not one to go to public pools but this was actually fun. Since there is a lot of steam from the hot water, you feel as if you are there alone even though there were so many people. It was a little pricey for what it was and the line to rent towels does get pretty long. Other than that, I would recommend if you go prepared.

A really nice thing to do whilst in Budapest I highly recommend this to everyone. I would advise taking a robe from your hotel if you can as it can get chilly outside of the Baths but you can hire them on entry. We also had an hour long massage which cost €50 each but it was well worth it. Take slippers with and a swimming costume. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Similar to SpaCastle in NYC. The baths are not hot except the pool outside. All the inside baths were cool/warm. There isn't a lot of food selections available. It was hard to find the massage rooms and an employee walked us around to the wrong side of the building so we were late. But our massage therapist was goodjust don't expect U.S. policies such as being covered with a blanket or having privacy.

What a wonderful experience here. The place is clean and well-organized. It offers many pools with different temperatures. It’s so interesting to have a thermal bath with people from all over the world (including locals). I went there at night with a slightly cheaper ticket. I think the place is much more beautiful at night with lights on! If you are still debating, definitely give it a try. I went solo and still enjoyed it a lot!

First of all, I think 1 out of 5 stars is inaccurate to represent what I feel about this place. It was an extremely unpleasant experience for us, as, while we entered we were hardly given any information regarding the facilities available. We entered after being informed that only the Thai massage was available. We had arrived at around 1900 hours and there were a good 3 hours before they closed down for the day. We were quite appalled as to why they could only offer a Thai massage which was quite generic. But that’s only the first of many other issues that we faced.
Once the cashier had billed us 60€ (for 2 persons) she had informed that the Thai massage was scheduled for 2100 hours(an hour before closing time) which we found a little strange. But for some reason we felt like going up to the massage room to check out whether they were queued up till then. The space was literally empty and the attendant informed us that there were only 5 minutes left before they made the last entry who further added that the 60€ that we paid was only for entering the premises, and that we have to pay an additional 36€ for a basic 30 min massage, which we did, and proceeded.
The massage was quite relieving and it made us forget all the miseries faced earlier.
Once we headed back out after the massage we tried to avail the spa, pool and sauna access(which was included in the cover charge but not informed to us), but the attendant told that since we came out it isn’t possible to go back in.
The service was extremely sub standard for an organisation of this level. I highly recommend against it.response / report this review -

After reading the reviews we were a little unsure on visiting but pleased to say the day did not disappoint. Others talk of strong smells & bad decor. The smells are not strong at all, some of the indoor pools smell slightly stronger but that's the sulphur. The decor is fine, dated but that's what you expect in somewhere like this. All staff were helpful. Go early to make sure you get a sunbed I'd aim for 10am. Take towels for the sunbeds and also if you want to shower. Get a cabin as easier when it comes to changing etc. Don't be put off by bad reviews, this is a must see! Great day.

Visited in 1st week of May. Booked it online but that was waste of money because of the extra10 Euro charged as convenience charges. 3 as service charge and then 6. Something because credit card was from different country. Took a cab from district 6 and that too was very expensive 5900 HUF for 3km. Reached there at 11:30pm. Staff was nice and polite. Gave us 2 wrist band. Got us a number for the change room which were common for both men and women. The baths were nice and warm. Music was OK. Drinks were included in the package and were not bad. Overall nice experience. Don't forget to bring the following.
Swimwear. Towels. Slippers as the common areas get messy after a while also it is necessary if you want to visit the toilet. Waterproof bag to carry back your wet clothes. Shower gel to clean up after the baths. Cash.response / report this review -

The amenities are very nice. Unfortunately this place is funded by unsuspecting tourists. Do not pay more than 5 euro. They took us for 50 euro even though we only wanted a hot bath. Again. They will take advantage of you fully knowing that they are being unethical. The other bath houses in town are much more hospitable and have a better vibe/atmosphere. Try the Turkish one for a more authentic experience where you will not be disappointed in every aspect. The art on the ceiling is nice though.

This place gets a lot of hype on these reviews but I think it's unfounded. Although the cashier was friendly, the young woman at the turnstiles was extremely rude when we asked for clarification regarding the lockers. There was no direction from staff on whether you rent your towels from the cash desk or not. Incidentally, bring a towel, sandals, plastic bag to store your swimmers and body wash (not provided) to avoid paying unnecessary dental charges. If you do end up needing to rent a towel or something, make sure you do it immediately after entering the turnstiles and before heading down to the locker area. You can also rent cabins if you have issues with changing in front of other people
The outdoor baths were probably the nicest part of the experience, much more so than the indoor ones.
Try not to get lost though. There is no signage on how to get back to the lockers from the pools (perhaps leave breadcrumbs). Anyway, it was an okay experience but I wouldn't do it again.
This place could be world class if they worked on the above and improved the client experience.response / report this review -

Not as difficult to navigate as others have described, so perhaps the service is improving. Bring sandals, swimsuit and a towel (or can rent one there). Changing rooms lead to lockers that you must ask the locker room assistant to lock and unlock for you. The baths are beautiful, hot and clean. Lots of young people outside and older people inside. Very pleasant experience in a beautiful setting.
