Exceptional customer service from the very start. We were celebrating our anniversary and they upgraded us to a fantastic suite (232) It was one of the most impressive rooms I have stayed in to date. The manager on shift the next morning mentioned that his colleague forgot to add us to the breakfast list and said that breakfast was now on the house. The way that all the staff treated us was a testament to the great management in place. We also had a massage in the spa and it was great. Highly

The building is historic and really nice, especially the New York Cafe and lobby! Service is very good, everyone very friendly. Spa has nice sauna and steam bath, the swimming pool (relaxing pool with 32 degree water which is not warm enough to relax but too warm to swim) is ‘so so’. The gym is quite awkward, small and open at the elevator exit. The room we got was in the very last corner, maybe we got a relatively cheap rate (?). All in all very good and has a special feeling to it, and in very central location. Old-style luxury, can recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay at the Boscolo in, Buda. It is majestic. It looks good from the outside, but as you enter you will find the grandeur waiting inside for you. It is located centrally with a lot of small eateries on either side of the street. The hotel itself has a good restaurant and the breakfast spread is vast. It has a good selection of food. I was happy with the rooms as they are well maintained and clean. Also, the room service is impressive.

Absolutely stunning building. The rooms were very clean with plenty of luxury items. The staff were all very helpful and well mannered. The buffet breakfast was very good the variety and quality of the food was great. Great coffee also. Would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Budapest.

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful, large room which was an upgrade from standard. Cost about $365-375/night. Service was excellent, people so nice and helpful.
However, breakfast buffet, which cost about $29/person, was inferiorcould hardly eat anything.response / report this review -

Think twice. The building is stunning. The hotel rooms are stunning but the food in the restaurant is awful. I would suggest maybe only getting a coffee from here as they are lovely. The staff are very friendly but we maybe waited over 10 minutes to get to drinks and a further half an hour for the food. It's really not the four star experience that I expected.

Great hotel overall with a spectacular lobby and restaurant (New York cafe). Service was good despite some misses with cups/glasses to the room after cleaning. Also, we were 3 people staying at the room, and we continued to get coffee powder and cups for 2 people despite calling the reception multiple times, which is why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.
We stayed in the junior suite which had a huge balcony (big plus). Not sure how the other rooms are but our room was fantastic.
Strongly recommend to visit the Nyugat Bar (small bar inside of New York Cafe).response / report this review -

Hotel is not as cheap as others that you may stay at in Budapest. That being said, it stands out above the rest and is well worth the money. The staff was very friendly from the start. As you may know, parking in Budapest can be very difficult. This hotel has parking available below the hotel in a parking garage at a very reasonable price. They also offer valet parking of your vehicle for 20 Euro. The hotel itself was very clean and the architecture is immaculate. Rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. I reserved a room with 2 twin beds. It was probably the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in. Hotel is conveniently located to many attractions around the city. I would highly recommend this hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in.

Fabulous hotel in Budapest. Has New York Cafe within the hotel which is highly recommended for both visitors and guests. Cafe/restaurant has amazing decor. Central atrium is stunning - especially in the evening. We had an upgrade to a deluxe room which was very modern and huge bathroom with a circular bath! Staff very friendly and looked after us well - all speak excellent English. About a 10 minute taxi ride to the banks of the Danube and the tourist area. Concierge will order a taxi for you which usually arrived within 30 seconds! Highly recommended.

Marvelous hotel! Rooms are spacious, clean and quite elegant. Kettle and tea included.
