Brilliant place to stay. Centrally located but nice and quiet inside. Rooms clean, warm and beds very comfy.
. Staff exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast superb.

Very dirty, mold on the walls and around the shower into the bedroom. Customer service is poor and the guy at the desk is rude and disrespectful. I have travelled to 4 different destinations this week Budapest is beautiful but this hotel has ruined my vacation here.

I very simple hotel
Small small rooms.
Have noise all the time.
If you what to enjoy Budapest don't come to this hotel!
The pictures are from the breakfast, this is all they have and if you want a normal coffee pay for it.
I was 5 times in Budapest this last year and will definitely not come back to this hotel.

Nice if small room. Breakfast is ok if you don't want egg and bacon. Plenty of different tea available although no good old normal English tea for breakfast.

The rooms were very small. At least they were clean. The rooms were also very hot. We couldn't get the room to cool down. We didn't sleep at all due to the very HOT room.
The breakfast in the morning was okay. Very plain and no special gluten free items.

Comfortable, near all main historical places. The minus: we don't have a shampoo and this I understand while I was taking a shower. That wasn't nice.

Very good price and position, the breakfast too is very good! The hotel is beautiful but the rooms are too narrow for a 4 stars hotel and I didn't like the glass bathroom door and the glass wall between the room and the bathroom (it is opaque but the final part is transparent), this is why I couldn't give 5 start this is a 4.5. The staff is good especially the receptionist the helped us making reservations in restaurants. Recommended!
