Small but very nice city hotel. Great value for money, nice breakfasts. Very close to the area named Corvin with offices, bars and shopping center.

The air conditioner was disabled and they refused to enable it even though it was 22C outside. It was a few miserable nights. Also there were no easily accessible power outlets in the rooms and we had to unplug the alarm clock to use one.

Perfect hotel, taste breakfast, polite staff always ready to help, clean rooms with modern equipment. Very close to the center of the city. One big mol is near the hotel. Free wi-fi with perfect connection. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in Budapest!

Wow. This hotel was amazing. a very nice hotel with a close proximity to public transport. there is free cold lemonade and hot coffee in the lobby and when you enter for the first time you receive two free voucher for wine. in our room at the first night there was two chocolate and two apples for free. there was Wifi coverage in room. also there was electrical kettle and coffee maker and a DVD player in the room. it was possible to get DVD or PS3 for free from the reception. the breakfast was delicious and with a high variety including champagne. the reception members were very friendly.

The hotel was very good and as expected. I have just 3 minor complaints, reason why I didn't give 5 stars. Before reserving the room I sent an email asking about something and they never answered me; the room ac didn't seem to be working, even we moved the controls it didn't cool down (although we didn't ask or complain with reception, so that might have helped); and during the breakfasts there was a "daily offer" made on order, which I asked for 2 times, and both times it took forever to come, even there was few people and nobody else seemed to be ordering anything from the kitchen (both times my husband swore that they would never bring it). For me these were minor problems that didn't really affect my stay, but they may be big problems for other people. Apart from this, we had a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and clean. The walk to the center is a bit long but doable and there is a very close metro station.

I loved this hotel! The rooms are big, the beds are very comfortable and a bottle of champagne was waiting for us in our room at our arrival.
The hotel is only 10 min by tram from the city centre, in a lively area next to a commercial centre and many tram, bus & metro stops, but in a very calm street, so it's not noisy at all.
The staff was absolutely fantastic, specially Kristoff and Chaba, who gave us spectacular recommendations of bars, restaurants and places to visit. I was there for my birthday, and they surprised me with a big chocolate cake in the morning and they all wished me a happy birthday! I was very touched!
The breakfast buffet is very complete, with dozens and dozens of both sweet and salty options, including freshly baked croissants and pastries, scrambled eggs, sausages, and even a chocolate fountain on the weekends.
There's free coffee and tea both in the bedrooms and the reception area available 24/7, a detail which was very welcome after a freezing day out in the city.
There's also a spa downstairs with a jacuzzi tub and two saunas, great for relaxing after a long day walking around. It can get a little busy around 6-7pm when everybody gets back, but the rest of the day it's very calm.
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!

Superb guest service. Nice, spaceous, clean rooms. Gym, spa and even massage options at the hotel. Great location, lots of public transportation access, plaza in walking distance, own parking place. Surprising breakfast options. I gonna come back for sure!

A gorgeous venue with spacious, clean rooms. What stood out most however has to be the service we received. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, informative, and spoke exceptional English. They provided an array of information about the city, sold us discounted tickets to the bath-houses, and arranged our taxi to the airport for our flight home. I can certainly recommend.

Pretty close to the centre but not so close it is really noisy. Rooms are nice and comfortable with nice bathrooms.
Breakfast selection is very extensive including things you might not expect - chocolate fountain and champagne for example.

There are also lots of other facilities - free coffee and lemonade in reception, PlayStation, spa and a bar.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Would definitely stay here again.
