Very old facilities. The front of the hotel faces the expressway, so there's considerable noise

Nice hotel and a great breakfast but the bathroom is quite old-style and there was some dust in the closet

This hotel had no air conditioning when it was 90 degrees out making it impossible to sleep. The food options are breakfast were plentiful br the quality was awful. The staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly, and was no help when I went to them with problems. I would NOT recommend staying hereyou're better off at a hostel!

Nice cozy place for fer price. Wi-Fi good conection all over hotel. Very comfy beds, good night sleap guarantide. Room service not expencive, great buffet breakfast included in price. Staff speaks english and german and will try to help what ever needed. Very nice service with a smile. Older hotel but well kept, on blue metro line 3 minut walk, all sight seing important locations conected. Was there with kids and we had very nice time.

The hotel offered good value for the price we paid. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful, responsive to all kinds of requests, and spoke English well. The location is not ideal (it is somewhat faraway from the city centre), but the metro station is within a 10-minute walk. If you are in Budapest for tourism, you should add at least an extra 600 HUF per day to your budget for a round-trip metro ride to the centre.
If traveling by car, be advised that there is an extra fee for the hotel parking lot or you can park on the street. My impression was that the second option is somewhat less safe.
The "apartment" the hotel offers is really only a slightly bigger room with a curtain separator. There was no shampoo in the hotel either. Rooms on the side of the road (the hotel is at a somewhat busy street) can get some noise from traffic and emergency vehicles whizzing by (but less so than the average big city).
Finally, the food at the breakfast is good with a selection of pastries, eggs, and some deli stuff. However, the drinks - especially the coffee and the orange juice - were pretty watered down.

All in all, this is a decent hotel with a good value for money.
