Location, location, location It's located right next to Vaci st. and the bridge, but unfortunately, this is the only advantage of this hotel. The rooms are tiny, old and not so clean. Receptionists are nice and welcoming. Wouldn't go back again :(

Great central hotel all rooms are spacious and clean the breakfast not to good, there is a restaurant near by called the salt and pepper lovey staff android well worth a visit

Close to the city center, nice and welcoming receptionists, clean rooms. Air conditioning was very loud and smelly and there was a loud noise coming from the drier and washing units which we could heard at any hour of night and day. The breakfast is ok but not that great as others said. There were omlette, cheese, some sortiments of ham and salami, tomatoes, hot-dog, bread, jam, tea, coffee and milk with some cereals. Depending on the day there were some fresh fruits

Last month we stayed at this hotel and I was very disappointed with it. There was a long flight of steps up to reception and as I am elderly and as I was sick at the time [I had pneumonia and have bad arthritis] could not get my suitcase up the stairs. My daughter was also unable to carry our luggage up the concrete stairs so she went and asked for help.
When she politely asked at reception if there was anyone available to help with the luggage the man at reception stormed off in a huff. She was left standing there with no idea what was happening. He came down to me at the suitcases and was clearly cross. He did, however, carry the bags for us. When we put our bags in the locked luggage room the same man told me that I should consider myself very lucky to have him help me with the luggage. He was so rude and his anger was evident.
The hotel itself was drab inside and in need of refurbishment. The upholstery was all in bad condition and ripped. Our room was nice and large but the bathroom and especially the shower was very cramped. Also if you have a problem with heights it is very scary as there is a severe drop to the courtyard from the balconies that wind around outside the rooms. Do not stay in this hotel. The only reason this deserves one star is for the convenient location.response / report this review -

Great option if you are on a budget. Huge and clean rooms with excellent location. Subway and trams very close. Good wifi, good beds, all you need if you plan to spend all day touring the city

Very nice size room and layout.Large window makes the room bright and lively. Although the renovation is a bit dated every is very functional. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

This is a very central hotel right in the heart of the old town. Be aware that there are 79 stairs to the reception desk and no lift..
Not for the frail.
Room was good sized no air con or fridge which was a shame.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Room was quiet even with the busy streets near by.
