Very quiet place for vacancy and it is near city centre. A 20 minutea walk

manager replies to this review (=public) but don't want to discuss on email (personal) - shame on such properties - don't support such businesses!! Stay away!
this is one of the places which will charge you extra for different payment channels. Price agreed on your your legal contract (booking website) is for cash payements only. creditcard fee 6% or 2,5% (depending on country of residence I suppose?) will be added to the agreed Euro Amount. Management claims "cost" for this service.
Why is this a problem?
- obviously there are cost but limited by EU to 0,6% since 2015
- their rates aren't budget and profit is assumed to be huge. Should be enough to cover 0,6% creditcard cost
- what else do they want to charge as it's cost caused by customer? Water consumption, how many time did I flush the toilet, how long did I shower? Light usage?
- who pays hunderdes of EUR cash in 2017? Change money in local currency HUF,
If they were clever they'd put their rates incl. their creditcard cost (?) to system and offer discount for cash payment onsite in conversation.
As I generally fight against those kind of charges I bann this propoerty with my review. If you don't care and are happy to throw money to the throat of Real Estate companies like this, feel free to enjoy your stay anway!response / report this review -

Lots of space. There was an ac but it didn't put out any cold air and hardly any force behind it. If it was warmer out it would have been miserable. We had to open the patio door and windows as soon as we got back to cool it down. Quite and clean though. Would stay again. Good location

Great place to stay in Budapest and great location. The floors were a little dirty (we had a baby crawling around) and the plates too big for the dishwasher. Also the apartment was furnished in a way that blocked the acces to the livingroom balcony which we would have liked to use. The windows had curtains but we would have benefitted from darker curtains that would have allowed the kids to sleep longer. A kids chair would also have been awesome. BUT the spacious two bedroom apartment was located centrally AND quiet which was a big plus. The beds were good and there was a good vibe.

There's A nice patio with flowers and also a courtyard with a really good play setup for the kids. We had halfboard and the dinner was quite good with soup, spätzle and a really good hungarian casserole. The rooms were ok, no big carpets and shades for the windows. The shower was in the room in one of the superior rooms. The facilitets for kids are good, but the cleaning and rooms a bit below average. Also the receptionist seemed suspicious and didn't smile much. The waiter in the restaurant was really nice. We didn't try the pool yet. The two Star Google review was too little for this place😉

Good staff. Location is about 10 min. walk to the nearest metro station. There are different sizes rooms . we have small. Very small TV, small wall joined table, weak Wi-Fi. For hotel looking for the GPS is required. We hosted in hotel during New Year holidays, but any way the price was expensive regarding to the available services.
