Stayed with my wife for three nights. On the 9th floor and had great view of Parliament Building. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Good location. Easy to find being on river side just up from Chain Bridge. Good belgian bar next door and another 4 minutes walk away. Tram stop outside too! Metro station a few 100 yards away.

Great location on Buda side of the Danube. Nice room with balcony in the top floor. Breakfast buffet is plentiful. Has a bar, but no restaurant. Good dining options nearby however. Free afternoon tea and reduced price cocktails at happy hour are nice touches.

I would class this in my view as a very good 3 start hotel but not 4 star. My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. we came to budapest for my wifes birthday.

I had not looked online that they do not provide Irons in rooms or would bring one to you. when i called reception to ask to borrow one i was told absolutely not that we do not give irons. I was like okay, what can i do as I was taking my wife to the ballet that evening. they had informed me that ironing service is not available on the day we landed and i had to wait for tomorrow. after having to go down to the reception I was then allowed to go downstairs and Iron the clothes myself.

the kitchen staff and evening security/ reception desk staff are great and really helpful.

the food selection is not amazing. i think due to the lack of welcoming to the hotel, the issue with the iron i would not recommend people to stay here. I think its best to pay the bit extra and stay somewhere nicer. i believe their is a more modern nice hotel literally 20 seconds down the road from them.

This is really a beautiful hotel in Budapest. The rooms are big and nice and have an unforgettable view to the river Danube, the Parlament and the Chain Bridge.

It is a small nice hotel near the river. If you have a car you have to make a reservation for parking place because they have only three spots. Breakfast is not great but you can order a omlet which is great. Good thing is you can hire wifi pocket modem for 4eur per day. They have limited number of pocket modems so you should make reservation for that too. It is a great tool because google maps is the best solution for public transport. I didn't want to use a taxi. They don't have Uber.

Nice hotel with nice room and nice heating and nice breakfast. It is on the Buda side, which is nice if you want to explore the Buda Castle and adjacent district, however, all the action is in Pest, which meant that everyday we had to walk from there.across the Chain bridge and to Pest and then back again.

5 stars all the way. Excellent location just on the Buda side of the chain bridge giving easy access to both sides of the river. Very friendly and helpful staff, immaculate rooms and a lovely breakfast in a very modern dining room. The river view is just stunning too.

The view of the Danube and Parliament is outstanding. The service here is also good - we arrived early and since our room was already cleaned, they let us check in immediately. The room is a good size and well equipped. The hotel is fairly convenient to a metro station and several restaurants. All in all, highly recommended.
