Good hotel for a good price. The location is perfect also, supermarket, metro station and downtown area are close to the hotel. Very kind staff. 4 stars for the hotel (only one star less because showering area should be improved)

Great hotel with even greater people working in it. Really helpful and comprehensive, and the hotel is right in the middle of Pest, so close to everything. Really recommend it.

Definitely not worth the price. The WiFi doesn't work at all (impossible to even use emails), the receptionist has a very poor English and the breakfast buffet was really bad: not only did the food look very tired, the room was so crowded I had nowhere to sit so had to give up on getting the breakfast I had paid for. One of the 2 elevators were broken so getting to the upper floors where my room was took forever

Nice hotel with A/C, normal European breakfast options and a friendly staff. Our room was clean neat, and the bathroom appeared to have recently been redone. Location was good, just a couple of block from the metro. I would stay there again anytime.

Worst hotel ever.
They stole a personal items. A gift from my family.
When I complained at the reception, the manager did not care
They did not have the courtesy to check the room or to give me any kind of solution.
He made fun of me because I was trying to get a solution for my stolen item.
I am 100% disappointed. I will never come back again or recommend this hotel to anyone.
If you want to not be stolen, or a courteous treatment, DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL.
Plus, the cleanliness is very poor and the water did not leave the bath tub, which was quite disgusting.response / report this review -

We spent three night in this hotel and everything went splendid. Location is in the middle of the city and near by sights and public transport (eg. M4 line) with which you can catch the whole city. Breakfast was great and last morning when we had to leave very early, we got breakfast bags with us. Nice.

Me and my daughter stayed here in February.. the staff very pleasant but should smile more because they are very friendly (but come across not)room very nice very clean and tidy the breakfast is fantastic catered for everybodywould love to give praise to one of the staff on reception he was traiming all I can remember had had glasses on and young this young man will go far he was very helpful and nothing too much for him he helped us when our key wouldn't work lovelyyoung man..hotel situated perfectly to go everywhere in Budapest very easy to get to from airport.
Budapest is a very beautiful city history is great shoe memorial very emotional..

Great location near the city center. Clean and tidy rooms, good bed and shower/toilet. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful too, but should smile more.

The hotel is located in a superb area. This location is one of the best you can get for the money you're paying.
The rooms are fair, bed not so comfy and sometimes it's freezing cold (been there in January) inside the room.
