Nice hostel with a very comfortable feeling to, personnel was engaged and we got a lot of freebie dinners and breakfasts. Beerpong is a big thing.

Lovely and amazing hosts, cheap stay , lots of games and awesome pasta with beer Really close to the bus station. I definitely would stay here again when I visit Zagreb in future.

BED BUGS. This hostel gave me the worst bed bugs i've ever experienced. Bites to my face, neck & arms. One eye partially closed from the swelling. I can't blame the staff for bedbugs, but there are clearly some oversights here.

They did give me a new & private room & wash my clothes at no charge. They also offered a refund & dinner but only AFTER I left this one star review on google. The rest of the time I was treated like a leper by the staff & I had to explain my situation to new staff members every single time as no one communicated anything down the line. Because of this I was woken one morning & angrily told that I had missed my checkout.

Would leave 0/10 if I could.

The best hostel I've stayed at. A great atmosphere, good for those who want to party or those who want to relax! Cracker (the owner) is an absolute legend and makes sure guests are always enjoying themselves. Quiz show nights, BBQs, pub crawls and pancakes! There is always something going on at The Wallaby. The location is great! A very short walk to Zagreb Central Bus Station and a short tram ride into the old town. Highly recommended!

One of the best hostels I have been. A warm welcome with coffee and tea, instead of just checking in. Big living room, perfect to meet people, watch movies, drink or make music. Near to the busstation, tram almost stops in front of the door. Take the tram to trainstation and walk through the beautyful, cozy parks to the city center. Go there!

I stayed at this hostel for a week with a group workshop and it was one of the best hostels I've stayed at. Close to the bus station, nice polished floors and very spacious rooms. The owner was very entertaining and accommodating.

Surprisingly clean and cosy accommodation with friendly staff which makes you feel at home in no time. The House Hostel in Zagreb could have easily been named The Best Hostel in Zagreb.
