No lift for this hotel n no where mentioned this while booking,hotel is at first floor n hotel room was at second floor so lot of trouble while shifting the luggage.whole night AC was not working n very noisy location because of tram station being close by, we were not able to open windows , though reception is quite helpful n tried to reach manager also but no luck as no response from Manager. Reception helped us in navigation as well as for cab booking.so except reception nothing is recommended .Limited breakfast options, over all not recommended to any one at this cost .
Booking is done in euro but charged in local currency so there is difference in final amount which needs to be bearded by customer .

Alright location, 7-8 minutes to walk to main square. Cool restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great place in center of Zagreb, I felt there as I was home. Everything is within 3-5 minutes walk, service is great. I would come back here for sure :)

The staff here were super nice. The room was super stylish and well designed, and is in a really decent location, close enough to anything worth visiting by a walk or tram.

Hotel is really nice, family room is amazing, it's spacious and bright. Two main problems are the AC which takes at least 10 hours before working properly and the water from the shower which is really slow to go down. Another problem here was the heat, it felt like being in a sauna, luckily during the night it was possible to sleep well and comfortably.

Clean, 50% of staff were lovely and the other half were almost rude. The room smelt odd but it was tidy and clean and modern.

This is a strange place. It looks like the place was designed by an ambitious artist and built by the cheapest possible builder. There are no windows in the top floor rooms, only skylights. There is an electric kettle in the room, but no power socket! There is fresh coffee available in reception but instant coffee for breakfast in the same room. The staff are very friendly though.

NOISE!!! (Trams between 4:30 and 0:30 cause severe vibrations, so stoppers do not help. There are only two quiet rooms facing the uninteresting backyard.) Besides that it is an excellent place, indeed.
