I think they are just amazing, for the very fact that even though I didn't stay with them but needed help to receive a parcel which was not only important but also expensive. As soon as it arrived it was received and given back to me without wanting anything for it. I think places like these should be supported. The lady at the counter was gracious, helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot !

I essentially only slept there. I'd say that it's a good place to spend the night in case of an emergency or if you're just stopping in Zagreb for a layover, etc. The beds are clean and so are the rooms. The restrooms were too small :( the pillows are gigantic so if you're into that, enjoy. The common area is real small as well. If you're a solo traveler looking for a convivial hostel, this is not the place. Odds are, you won't meet anyone new.

Very nice hostel. I have gone back a second time. Very helpful and relaxed staff, very high standards of cleaning and maintenace. The beds are just 7 years old and looked in good condition to me and they are replacing them to keep things at a high standard, also the flooring. Its safe and just feels good to be there. Small, with several options for different size rooms and private room.

This hostel was wonderful. They let us check in early since our train showed up way earlier than we planned on. They had really nice bathrooms and an outdoor courtyard which was super cool. They also let us check out an hour later than we planned on and helped me find my missing locker key. Wonderful service, definitely recommend.

Great location and staff. We had a nice little private room. Looses one star for the shower not having any place to attach the shower head, and for the floor sloping such that the bathroom floor is always wet.

A nice pocket friendly option to stay with clean dormitories and working kitchen. Location is just minutes from the main train station. Recommended.

We booked the place through Hostelsworld and gave them the deposit for two double bedroom and one 4 bed bedroom.
Then they emailed me telling me that the rooms i booked were not available and offered me to stay all together in a 8 bed bedroom.
We agreed on staying in a 8 bed bedroom for 9 euros each.
When I arrived at their place they first want me to pay the same amount to stay in the 8 bed bedroom as if we had two double bedroom and one 4 place bedroom.
After a couple of phone calls they made me pay the price we agreed on. But without subtracting from the total amount the deposit I already gave them through hostel world.
After talking to 3 different people I wasn't able to get my deposit back.
Be really careful when you book here they try to make you pay more in every possible way.

It was an good hostel but nothing outstanding. We originally booked the 8 dorm room but changed it upon arrival to the downstairs dorm with 10 beds as they have there own common area/kitchen and it's not near the reception where it was more noisy with people checking in/out. Good location - 15min walk to main square.

Just fabulous. Clean and neat hostel, great location close to transportation and the staff couldn't be nicer. They are helpful when you need anything, and can guide you to good restaurants and tourist attractions. A great hostel for any looking to stay in Zagreb.
