Rooms OK, bathroom very good. And a few steps to the train station and underground shopping centre.

Good clean place, a little disappointing that the bar closes at 9pm and no food on offer except for breakfast. On the plus point it’s near the railway station and within a 25 minute walk on the town which is beautiful

Building outside didn't look that new but must been renovated inside the guest room. Bathroom was very clean. Never seen bathroom that clean in other hotels that I have visited. Free WiFi throughout inside the hotel.
Breakfast was excellent but menu is same everyday. I was there for 4 nights. Staff at reception was helpful but there was this one guy serving during breakfast that was quite rude when I filled my own water jug with hot water to take to room ( I did this only one time after this experience). There is no kettle in the hotel room and refrigerator was there but not getting colder.response / report this review -

Located very close to train station, to the southern end of the tourist areas of the city. Very comfortable bed. Hot water can dip out. Potential tram noise, depending if you want to sleep early / rise late. Good breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. I would stay here again.

We booked a night at the hotel, it is well located in the center of Zagreb. The service was good, the room and the bathroom were clean and with A/C and anything we needed. Three star because everything was good but nothing exceptional.

A good hotel near the city centre for a modest price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and air conditioned, which was great in the summer. Some of the furniture is a bit more dated, except for the bathroom, which seemed quite new. Breakfast was also great.

Absolutely Amazing. Will definitely be going back there because the member of staff at the front desk was amazing, he spoke perfect English and recommended trips for the rest of the holiday. The room was brilliant and clean. The bed was a great size maybe even a little too big! The location of the hotel was amazing too as it was just over the road from the station and right next to a well lit and used park. Breakfast was brilliant for me as it had a wide range of cooked and cold meats, fruits and pastries. However there could have been a little more choice for vegan/ vegetarian people I would gladly return and my girlfriend and I were upset that the booking was for only one night as we would have loved to stay longer

Considering we rolled into Zagreb in the dead of night, without reservations and managed to get a room for our one night stay, we did well with this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and had a marvelous free breakfast in its humongous dining room. It was a short stay but a v. good one. We tried to get a room a week or so later, but sadly the hotel was fully booked. I'd definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel and like the rest of Zagreb, very nice people, I got a cut on my toe from somewhere else and the night staff provided first aid very promptly. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are nice, only wish that they had non-slip bathroom floor. Very good location.

Pleasant, clean, well-maintained, perfect location, but it's a bit noisy, especially if you get a room overlooking the railway station and Branimirova Street.

This hotel is very good value. It's nicely located right across the railway station and about 7-8 minutes walk from the main square. Underground garage is located about 200 meters from the hotel and additionally charged.

The hotel and the rooms were old, too much noise from the train station. The staff was friendly except an old receptionist, he is not made to do that job and he is not skilled. This is not a good hotel
