Very cool hostel with some nice bar/rooftop areas, swimming pools, and interesting travelers. Far and away, however, the best part of this establishment is the newly added Jack's Wings & Things restaurant run by Croatian native Jay Gee. Jay is a tremendous fellow - used to play collegiate and pro basketball in the United States and is currently serving as Jack Daniel's only official liaison in Eastern Europe. 150% recommend checking this place out. Great burger, killer wings, and all the Jack Daniel's you could ever dream of enjoying.

Good place where to stay for a super cheap price , clean ! Very clean ! . The atention of the staff is super friendly and they also help you if you want to make an specific tour . Located in the main street of Zagreb near to the main square and also there is inside a very nice bar where to get cool drinks ; don't worry about the noise you can perfectly sleep without problems.

Very nice hostel. The staff was very helpful. Beds not very comfortable and very cranky. The bar in the hostel is awesome.

Loved it. But they should make the drinks as described in the menu. ordered an aperol spritz and instead of sparkling wine it came with orange juice.

I had an excellent time here!! The facility has a lot of amenities like an open bar and a swimming pool (but don't expect to swim laps). They serve breakfast and you also have the buffet option. The staff from the beginning was very welcoming to me and offered incentives such as discounts and free stuff. I met some great people there and I would definitely like to revisit the Swanky mint next time I'm in Zagreb.

Almost more the place to be in Zagreb at the moment for locals, with it's multilevel out door bar. Hostel rooms are airconditioned and have a clever locker built into the bed stairs. Breakfast is well worth it too.

Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff, the bar and lounge area (including a pool) is excellent. Lockers and doors are extremely secure. Only wish is for a larger bathroom area as there is only 1 toilet and two showers for over 20 people.

Quirky, friendly, safe and cleanno wonder this is the No1 hostel in Zagreb! The service here is incredible. From the start Lovro and the team were super friendly, helping us out with some local tips and having a couple of drinks with us at the bar. There's an amazing terrace which brings in loads of locals when it's sunny, super clean and tidy rooms. The electronic key cards for each room and lockers means Swanky is also super safe. On top of that, the wifi is free and fast, plus the location is excellent. Recommended to ANYONE who comes to Zagreb. Tip: head into the kitchen and help yourself to a free coffee from the coffee machine to help with the tiredness/jet lag/hangover.

Great party hostel with friendly staff. The only minus point of the hostel is that the floor, beds creek a lot.
If you choose a dorm then your sleep is going to be disturbed by loud need floor creeks no matter how silent you try to be. I visited friends at other hostels and they didn't have that problem.
The bathrooms are clean and the location of the hostel is good. They have events that locals also visit and you end up meeting a lot of people.response / report this review -

Don't know about the hostel itself, but their bar is awesome, especially in the summer. Cool industrial-ish place, staff always ready to make you laugh with their jokes, all while serving you cool cocktails, or whatever else you find to quench your thirst. A party place for the young and those who feel that way :)

Tidy place in industrial style with cheerful staff which will make you feel like home. The rooms are fairly priced and you have a good Internet connection all over the place. There are also two bars with awesome choice of drinks.
