Never have I stayed in a place where staff were so lovely we felt to buy them a leaving a gift.
From check in to breakfast staff were exceptional. Got plenty of local info from the lady who had served us breakfast every morning. She was great and by day 2 knew how you liked your coffee. And booking a massage and facial was a great way to relax after all the walking up and down hills. I think its the staff that makes this place great. Hotel wise more on the simpler side but comfortable and clean.response / report this review -

Lovely hotel! All staff very friendly and helpful (especially Mariana), rooms well sized and clean, good location for being between the beach and city area. We went with a baby and they were very accomodating.

Pros: close to the main bus station, front desk staff and breakfast lady are all friendly and helpful. Nice view.
Cons: tv sounds not that good, front desk person sent me directly to the spa for a special offer question, then spa people said I should just look at the brochure in my room, then another front desk person said the spa was all booked. Staff is not that friendly. They had room empty but didn't allow us chein before 2 eveN we had requested when we had booked but made us wait for 3 hours and didn't even ask for water while waiting.

The people who work here are very nice, ready to help you anytime. There are so nice, that the room didn't even matter so much to me. Even so, the rooms are quite big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. The hotel is located just 30 minutes from the old time within walking distance or just 10 minutes by bus. The have a nice underground parking for an extra fee. I definitely recommend this place to those who don't want to spend too much on a room.
