Nice clean hotel. Nice people. I recommend a sauna. I heard the air-conditioning in my room. And that was AC off. I slept badly

Great location, good welness but altogether too expencive for regular rooms they offer. There are great less expencive apartments and hotels in this city.

Only spent a night there. The room was large and comfortable. But we loved the evening walk after dinner around the harbour and the car-less boardwalks.

We arrived at this hotel hoping for a room as our car was unexpectedly in for repairs for a few days. Not only were we given a room for a good price, they upgraded us to what they called a small balcony. This balcony was huge! And it was on the corner, so we had 270 degree views. The General Manager was waiting for us as we walked into the room to give us a personal welcome. She's very professional which explains why her front desk staff are as well. The inclusive breakfast is very nice, with hot and cold selections. The spa is also good, with 3 saunas, all small enough to be intimate and the only disappointment was that we weren't able to get spa services as they are booked out by mostly locals. We kept extending our stay in order to have a massage, but as we enquired each day they were full. We're coming back here again for sure. Also the restaurant next door had amazing food and service. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel but it's supposed to be the best in town

I remember the good times in the mid nineties when we had our accommodation and dinner parties their upon visits of the Rijeka paper mill.
Perfect service, perfect dining.
A real 4-star hotel with a lot of history.
Located in the middle of town.
