Dont go to their restroom. Alot of feces around their toilet bowl and you have to bring a buckle of water which they put infront of the door. Terrible.

Nice mall. Good shopping options. Easy access (MTR as well as parking).

Food options a bit limited and over crowded at lunch time.

Spacious, a lot of great shops and restaurants. A comfortable environment to relax and enjoy. Clean and tidy toilets at various locations. No long queue in toilets. Very convenient.

It's less crowded than Phase 1. There's a Japanese style supermarket on the second floor, and it provides quite fancy products.

Many different types of shops, the entry level is mostly cosmetic shops. There are a few restaurants. 2 hours free parking if spending is over $400. Otherwise $20 per hour.

A shopping mall located between Kowloon Bay MTR and Kowloon Bay industrial area.
Many good restuarants and a sitting out area where one can spend a whole day.
