  Basically a dead shopping mall, the decorations are old, shops are not attractive. Mainly for locals only

  Not even worth visiting this old (70s' type) shopping arcade if not for two fast food chain restaurants, and ONLY when I was extremely hungry and in a hurry and could not find a seat in other restaurants. Most of them are very small and boring shops selling low quality (yet some of the prices are not cheap) boring goods for the neighborhood residents or students.
  
  I saw a tiny, old and appeared dirty toilet on the ground floor that was even locked up with the sign saying that it was solely for shop owner's use. How awful!
