  Foresoon can be a bit cheaper on some items but I have had major problems with their customer service. If you have problems the customer service department always can not make any decision and promises to call you back. Of course they never call back and even when I have left several messages. I would recommend shopping with the major electronic chains like Fortress and Broadway which at least have store managers that can make decisions. Why bother trying to save a few pennies and hoping nothing goes wrong that you have to deal with their terrible customer service.

  呢間鋪頭都幫襯左好耐， 職員都幾好人
  而且價錢較深水埗唔係貴好多， 如果有野想買又唔想太麻煩都可以考慮下去， 有少少既議價空間

  Foresoon generally has the widest range at almost no BS pricing like most of the other stores in Wan Chai computer mall who try to rip you off all the time.

  This shop is hopeless. I always need to return my purchase (faulty on box opened) then get a replace. they will not refund but let me get something more expensive so I end up paying more cash. Sales strategy?? Not me anymore.

  I bought an HP printer from them. It never printed properly and wireless was found faulty on the 1st month. I called them & they said I had to find HP myself. They did not care although they did answer my phone calls and was polite enough. Perhaps it's due to HP and they were just the reselling.
