  Like many consulates they are stuck in the previous century.
  
  All contact numbers (including the one listed) just go through to mailboxes. Best way to contact them is via Facebook messenger.
  
  Opening hours are very short with specific time windows.
  
  If you are lucky enough to receive an email back to someone are likely to provide information that is difficult to understand and direct you to attend the consulate in person to waste your time further.
  
  Don't expect to get anything done quickly here. It could take you weeks.

  Kecewa dgn customer service mereka sok banget mentang2 kerja di indonesian consulate.mereka sok pintar belagu tapi mereka sebenarnya ga tau betul seluk beluk trs tugasnya apa aja.pas Tanya tentang sesuatu yg mereka g pernah dengar sebelummya mereka jawabnya kasar banget 😤.ini pengalaman saya. Kenapa sich mereka tidak Mau belajar dari orang2 hk yang friendly
