Great customer service, cheaper room has air conditioning blowing in your face, had room upgraded the next day. Had people packing and showering in gym room with no staff noticing, potentially not even guests in the hotel.

Good modern hotel with all the basic amenities, the room I stayed in was clean and orderly, with a good but somewhat firm bed, the so called complementary lounge access is a bit of joke though, it has room for 4 people, the only plus is the PC with good and free internet access

A hotel of above average price, very conveniently located and close to some tourists attractions like the Temple Street. The only bad thing is that it is rather old.

Nathan Hotel is my go to place when in Hong Kong because it is accessible. It is near the train station, the bus station and it is even close to the temple street night market. Prices are reasonable as well. The rooms are very good and comfortable.

Good location. Airport express bus service just down the road. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I stayed in the smart plus room. Room was clean and huge. Highley recommended.

Location is really good (near to Jordan station). The staff were really helpful and friendly.
The room was small (it's Hong Kong). The breakfast was acceptable.

The person who took the suitcase at the door was very nice and friendly, can't remember his name but wore glasses and only saw him in the evenings. I was upgraded to one of the most expensive rooms so of course it was incredible. There was great mobile phone you can use which is incredibly Convenient for travelers. The location is a bit far from mtr stations, but I walk alot and found it convenient being between tsim sha tsui and mong Kok (yau ma tei).

Excellent!
My family stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable with a great big room. the staff was very accommodating and the place is very convenient. Close to night market and restaurants Enjoyed our stay here fantastic hotel. For the first timer I will recommend this hotel.:)

It's a city hotel, I checked into the Nathan room it was small and a bit rough at the edges but it's got what modern hotels offer and well stocked. I loved the location of the hotel as it's next to everything. FYI to all the people depending on the smart phone it's not as you expect. You can't hotspot but it's perfect to do everything else. Google maps work well but the unit heats up fast, be careful.

Staff there are polite and friendly in general and hotel is located within walking distance from Jordan MTR Station. Check in was easy as they take make an effort to check on details, just told them 2 rooms for 4 nights and they can immediately recall my booking. Internet was fast but need to sign in quite often, which is sometimes quite irritating. Room is clean & spacious in general and they upkeep it well.

4 shortfalls. Firstly, do not expect much service from the breakfast crew. We had to pour our own tea and coffee and went around scouting for tea spoon. Next, restaurant is not accessible to physically imparted as they have only stairs leading up to restaurant. They do not have much selection of television channels. Temperature within the room is hard to control, even when we set the thermostat to 32 degree celsius and fan to zero, temperature still hover around 22 degree celsius for first 2 nights.

Enjoyed our stay here. Good central location and huge bed. The corridor to the breakfast room was however a bit noisy.
