Terrible, lots of bed bugs, i still scratching my body when i typing this review, and the room is very smelly because of the toilet, the bed space very small, good things are the price and location

My booking got cancelled for NO REASON 1 day before my initial arrival date during very expensive holiday period in Hong Kong!
I had booked it way in advance to have better prices, but I guess the hostel just wanted to get more $$$, seeing the demand on the market. After the cancellation they immediately relisted it for 10x higher price and I was left with no options to sleep anywhere. Please please please, DON’T GO THERE!
Also had a casual visit there before my stay and the hostel is squeezed up, there are no lockers, rooms don’t have windows, there is no real safety. Hostel is located on the first floor. House is old and creepy (see the pictures of the inner courtyard from upper floor).
So again, please find something else!response / report this review -

Beds are tiny, rarely toilet paper, nor bum gun, bathroom door unlockable.
I had confirmed that I would arrive between 00:00 and 01:00 the next day of my booking. Yet when I get there the woman working said that they closed the reception at 00:30. Instead of simply giving me by bed I get to sleep on a stretcher in the common room. The next day I find out that my bed was given away to someone else, she probably my did not even check when I was supposed to arrive. Really rude staff, just felt mocked by them.
