We got room 214 here. I can say It was the worst room we ever had. Extremely bad smell, dusty, old furniture, cathode TV set limited channel, very loud noise A/C, room was not the same as picture when booked, seems like 9 sqm or even less. unfriendly staff. The only good side was location but not worth it at all! Think again. We definitely NOT come back here again.
Nice and friendly staff. Housekeeping is good. Room is comfy. Reasonable price. Will definitely consider checking in again.
A very convenient location which surrounded by shopping malls, restaurant and cafe which operates from 9am till midnight.
5 minutes walking distance to the train mtr station and most importantly, it took 20mins walk to Jordon where you can have the best steam milk and egg pudding from Australia Dairy.
A $19.95 roadside motel at best. Creepy. Two positives = two stars. 1. It is in a very central spot. 2. Good helpful staff. The rest is awful. Clientele, hallways is dark scary and people lurking around. A lot of budget guests it seems like. I did not feel comfy there. I even went back to the room to lock in all my valuables into the safe, something I normally don't feel I need to do. You normally get an idea of the place if the room door have reinforcements with this steel bracket around door edges around the lock. The roomwell. The smell of fungus when opening the door. Really basic rooms and really, really need some urgent remodeling. Stainy walls with wallpaper falling off, power sockets not working, furniture from early 80's, nasty old bathroom with stains and..no. No. Not to my expectation - and NOT a four star as proposed in the booking sites. No breakfast, no nothing. And they even have someone to check the room before you can leave, haha! This is a two star hotel, and could pass as a backpackers den if it was priced like that. Really a $19.95 roadside motel at best. Glad I only had a few hours overlay there. Feel a bit sorry for the staff.
The hotel and rooms are not kept up well. The rooms are dated. The carpet is dirty, my knees touch the wall when using the toilet (I’m 5’4”), the shower has soap and water stains on the glass wall and the floor looks gross too. It’s definitely the kind of shower you want to wear shower shoes for!
Good location in Kowloon, lighting is very dark, no tissue box. Also iron and hairdryer were not readily available in room. Best aspect was the convenience of shops around
A small place with friendly and helpful people. The people are very efficient in their lines of works.
A very convenient and strategic point next to other big hotels in the Tsimshatui area.
Rooms were small, as expected. Service was great. Fast and straightforward. Location was excellent. Highly recommended.
The location is super convenient. The amenities are not well prepared; only minimum. No room services. The standard room I stayed was not gorgeous and clean enough. It’s kinda old and small; no windows and thus no fantastic night/ocean views from the room. But, again, the location was excellent.
Heart of hong kong tsim sha tsui..
Easy connectivity by all means of transport and airport bus as well 10 meter from bus stop.
Hotel provided basic amenities. No restaurants. Need to request for window in the room to be opened to get rid of stale air. Wifi is poor. Room wall is thin. Location is near TST Mtr and bus A21 from the airport stops just next to the hotel. Good for a place to sleep after a full day out shopping and sightseeing and if you are not expecting the standard hotel services found in larger hotels.
Dingy and scary hallways. The carpet floors look dirty and didn’t let my bare feet touch it, even my socks! I felt unsafe when someone tried to open my door in the middle of the night! Good thing I had the door chained. A hold was placed on my card for the room and the freedy phone.😭
It's a nice and neat place to stay. Easy to access public transportation and some of the famous places. Friendly staffs. Acceptable price.
Average stay. Location is great however rooms are old. Not upgraded
One of the Best place to stay in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Simple check in formality. Safe and secure rooms. Typical Hong Kong size rooms. Good ambience. Clean rooms. Easy to locate. Just in front of the bus stop. Walkable distance from HK MTR. LOCATED ON THE FAMOUS NATHAN ROAD.
We were on our honeymoon and thought this hotel and location would be a good stay for 2 nights in Hong Kong. I got to say, location was really good. Lots of shops / restaurants and MTR was 5 min walk. Note that there are tons of Moslem and Indians wandering around the hotel area as well. Hotel check-in was okay, however, the room we got was awful and creepy. The entire hotel is really old, stinky and out dated. Carpet and walls were dirty and old. The whole place smells moldy and musty. Room we booked was extremely small and there's no way to even lay down a single luggage. Mattress, blanket and pillow doesn't look clean at all. AC in the room was old and not responsive, where you can't even adjust the temperature properly, it kept on blowing air. We checked in almost at midnight therefore couldn't find another hotel to stay, else we would have left right away. We booked 2 nights in total but we left after the first night of stay because we couldn't sleep at all. We checked out the next morning, the reception did offer us an upgrade, but the entire hotel itself wasn't giving us a great feeling. So we declined the offer and walked away. Moreover, for the price we paid, it was totally not worth it. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, unless is my enemy.
Cockroaches and ants in the room. (seen them several days straight). Room smells bad and is very small.
For the price, you can definitely find better hotels. I think it's an over statement to even consider this place a hotel. Odour begins from the hallway into the room. Carpet floor seems it hasn't been vacuumed in ages. Beds extremely hard and the blankets felt damp. A dehumidifier needs to be installed asap to save the rating. Found holes in towels. Two nice things I can see recommending this place are the convenient location and friendly staffs.
Location is good. Walking distance to Tsim Tsha Sui station and Market Place by Jason for groceries. We were at level 2 facing the road, can see iSquare and Swatch shop opposite us. The room is basic, we have deluxe so you can have some space for luggage, prayer and wonder around. Experience is okay just that the room was dusty. If you are sensitive you may smell the dust.
Staffs are helpful. But the room is really old and smelly. We can't adjust the air conditioner's temerature. The floor is still covered by 1980s carpet. It's definitely NOT what we saw on the advert when we booked this hotel.
Great Location!
Very convenient to everywhere. Airport Bus services stop almost right at front. Very Re-bust and lively area. Great Food around.
Small room though but clean. Air-con in rooms are not cold enough though the lobby is freezing when you walk in sweaty from the outside heat.
Overall satisfactory .
