Nice hotel, with most facilities not too far away. Room standard is OK, and very nice to have an exercise room located at the top floor. From there you have a good view over the harbor.

price abit high for its location..
housekeeping very bad.. skipped twice.. and did not sweep/mob the floor..
breakfast buffet too high for a child.. no kids ptice for breakfast..

The rooms are spacious, the food is great, the staff are very helpful with anything you need, especially Kacey who is very knowledgeable about the area and what to do in Hong Kong.

It is one of the finest hotels in this part of the world. Every thing is perfect and top notch. You really feel pampered here in this hotel. The food is a bit pricey but you have options outside the hotel. Better to book without breakfast and a month in advance for a cheaper deal. Metro is just five minutes away.

Great service, big rooms, convenient from the airport (hop on A22 and then 3min walk and you are there). It is also 200m away from the Ngau Tau Kok station, so the transportation is not bad either. Will come back again.

I have stayed at this hotel for 1-2 weeks for the last 3 years. I will continue to stay here and would recommend to a friend.
Staff: very polite from the moment you walk in. I’m greeted every time I enter and leave the building. I also get offers from the hotel staff to help get a cab for me.
-Nothing to improve on here. Top notch! 5 stars!
Rooms: very nice and spacious rooms for Hong Kong. I have never smelled smoke inside the building or my room. They offer a makeup mirror and hair dryer in each room. I have requested extra blankets and an iron w/ board with ease.
-Rating this 4 stats as the bed is slightly hard for me. I sleep on 2/4 pillows that are provided.
Food: Breakfast buffet has a good variety of eastern and western items. Dining area in general is very clean and the service is excellent here as well. Free breakfast if you are staying as a guest.score!
Room service: food was pretty good the couple of times I have tried it. Burger with fries, pizza and salad.
-Rating the food 5 stars. Only area of improvement would be to offer soy milk or almond milk to guests at the breakfast buffet. I am not sure if it is available at an extra charge.
Location: Very convenient for myself. I’m 20-30 away from TST east, which is where I spend the majority of my time. Has an MTR station close by. Very big plus is that I can walk/jog to the promenade which is only a block or two away. Love this area with a great view of the water.
-Nothing to improve on here. All necessities are a short walk.
Cost: This hotel offers a great hotel rate for the amenities and overall experience provided. Sure it’s not especially close to tourist attractions or shopping but I would rather save my money and use it for souvenirs.
-Another 5 star rating here. Great service and amenities for the price.
Amenities: as I usually come in January I cannot say how the pool is from experience. However it looks very nice and offers a great view of HK. Free breakfast, free mini bar which is filled daily, access to a safe on your room, free coffee, tea and soda on the top floor, all a big plus.
-Rating this 4 stars: Area of improvement is the gym. It has a great view but not much space or equipment.
Again, would recommend this hotel to a friend and cannot speak highly enough of the staff.response / report this review -

The hotel itself is ok. But the location is not ideal. It's around industrial area. Streets are dead after business hour.

"non smoking" rooms badly smoked up. Was offered a "non smoking" room on the 8th floor, which smells horribly like smoke. No windows open, woke up with sore throat, couldn't sleep much the next night.
Otherwise decent property. This experience shows the value of non-smoking properties. Would not return.response / report this review -

Nice hotel. The rooms have great air conditioning. Hotel isnt on a main road but not far from one. The resturaunt is buffet style and they have a wide variety of selections. All around good hotel.

This is a boutique hotel in the emerging trade and commercial area. The catering and the ambience are good. I once performed my original songs in a private dinner reception held in the Ballroom there!

Great rooms, very reasonable cost. Breakfast is OK, I'm sure it would appeal to people who are big eaters in the morning. The hotel desperately needs a bar to supplement the restaurant, and the gym is quite small, hence four not five stars.

My colleague and myself booked on the same order (~$200) for this hotel. I was put on a twin beds room on 6th floor because I booked on the same day of arrival (I actually booked it two days earlier). My colleague pinged me when he arrived two hours later and said he was on 26th floor with king size bed. When I asked if there were places to go for dinner, I was told to go to 1st floor for suggestions. The next morning I called the front desk to see if I could change the room, he said ok and hung up right away. Normally guests post when their experiences is particularly good or particularly bad, I wish I was posting something positive.
