I just want to say a huge Thank You to the team at Ovolo for making my quarantine stay so do-able. The friendliness and efficiency of the staff, the sense of humour through all your comms, the great choice of food and drinks, the yoga, the F45. Thank you thank you thank you! And to that wonderful person who knew I might want a cup of ice each evening so just started to deliver without me asking wonderful! The small things count :)

In love with Ovolo Southside!!

My first time to stay with the Ovolo Brand and was most impressed with the services and the sweet gestures provided during our difficult quarantine times!!!

Just completed my 21-day compulsory quarantine at Ovolo and they did their best so my time here was a pleasant as possible. The staff was always super nice and helpful, and the food was amazing. We even stayed with our cat, and she had a great time here. Thank you!

Just completed my 21-day quarantine at Ovolo, and it's been amazing. You could tell the great amount of planning and effort put in to make our stay as enjoyable as possible: from the bag of daily essentials to weekly social hours on zoom, surprise gifts, and handwritten notes, etc. Not to mention including vegan options in their F&B offer and using eco-friendly food packaging and cutlery, which is a huge plus!

Really exceeded my expectation and I look forward to revisiting once quarantine restrictions are over!

Did the 3 weeks quarantine here. The staff are quite friendly and try to accommodate requests, windows open which is very important during quarantine..

unfortunately some let downs for me was the street noise leading to lost sleep ( above a busy highway) after being assured by management of a higher level room I was assigned the lowest floor and the meal times- breakfast 1000, lunch 1200 and dinner 2000 which made it hard to plan a schedule and forced me to order out more and/ or have my own food.
