Location, location, location! Near MTR and many other yummy eateries, staff were great and pleasant. Gave 4 stars because the bathroom design were not well thought. Water will tend to leak out no matter how you try to prevent it. Else no complaints.

Very good value. 3 mins from metro 1 Min from the tram. Very helpful staffs. The only bad thing but really matters to me is the room smells oily despite being very clean and with an air purifier working in the room don’t know why but had a very hard time sleeping so had to take away 2 Stars.

Love this hotel for the following reason. 1) location super convenient. Walking distance to MTR Tin Hau station, close to bus station and tram, walking distance to a big park. 2) Clean and comfortable room and bed. Have soft and firmer pillow version. 3) free bottle water, boiling pot, coffee and tea bags, and TV 4) friendly staff and cleaning crew and the guests staying here all seem fairly decent , not super noisy

The rooms are small but reasonably priced. Not much hanging space, no drawers, and very limited shelves. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful.
The location is convenient and there are plenty of local restaurants

Everything worked as expected and there were some nice touches like Apple Macs in the lobby with free Internet, a free android smart phone with unlimited calls, a free WiFi router, and firm and soft pillows. The blinds blocked almost all light, but the walls aren't too thick so noisy neighbors may be a problem.

What you expect from a hotel. Very nice staff, good view on top floor, friendly service and great location. Although in Hong Kong, the room design makes it feel bigger than the usual western mega-McFranchise.

Lovely staff. Great location. Lots of eating places nearby, MTR, Victoria Park. The rooms are cosy.. Small wardrobe space, shower only. We brought a 2yr old and just about managed.

This is a really nice hotel and is upper scale. It is located near public transportation and also many restaurants nearby. Rooms are usually very small, but are very clean and cozy. They also include a smart phone and pocket wifi with many rooms. This place is a little more expensive (about $75 per night USD), but it is worth it, in my opinion.

Nice hotel overall. Stayed there for two nights. The rooms are quite small, but guessing this is normal for Hong Kong. Staff are very friendly. The hotel also provides you with a free mobile phone (including internet and local calls) to take out with you. You can also get a portable WiFi, which is included in some room rates. Would stay there again.

Great room, great place, good location. Amazing bed and shower. Best of all. The staff was super friendly. We came early with our little boy. The staff did everything possible so we could check in early so we could let him sleep. Without the staff 5 stars With the staff.. way more. Thumbs up

The Butterfly On Victoria

Very clean Hotel, good place, nice food around

A located in a vibrant area full of restaurants and shops. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The staff explained everything and were very courteous. We booked a superior room and whilst it was very small it was indeed functional and well laid out. The hotel is totally non smoking. There are tea and coffee making facilities which we really appreciated at the end of the day and first thing in the morning. Everything is spotless. One of the most amazing things is that you get a SMARTPHONE to use during your stay. It is already in the room. We used it non stop for Google Maps and negotiated our way around the city with ease. You are able to make local calls and use the internet whilst out and about. What a fabulous idea. The hotel is close to bus stops, tram stops and Tin Hau MTR. They do not have a restaurant but it is not needed with so many close by. If you travel in on the Airport Express train,to Hong Kong Central station, take the free shuttle bus and get off at the first stop, Empire Hotel. It is only about a five minute walk to the Butterfly. Once you exit the bus, turn right and go to the top of the street. Cross over the road to the right and keep walking. You will soon see the hotel. Thank you so much for a great stay on our first visit to Hong Kong.

Clear and comfortable room with a reasonable price. 4 star hotel in Hong Kong. They do offer a free handy mobile which can make a call and access internet for your travel in Hong Kong.

Cosy, nicely decorated, well furnished but very affordable. Good location, lots of good food nearby and near the airport express shuttle pickup / drop off point. Staff were helpful and friendly and spoke good English. Great value for money.

Nice hotel and reasonably priced. Loads of food places nearby. Free prtable wifi device that works like a mobile phone made exploring easy. Only stayed one night, but could stay longer, or move from Butterfly to Butterfly to experience more of Hong Kong.
