the hotel staff doesnt have good manners and right conduct also cafe de coral staff no manners at all .food is not good. hotel room so small and housekeeping change towel only they dont clean the room. taxi waiting outside the hotel beware some are hasler also.too far from kowloon.Pictures are for promotion only.not in realityprice rate of the hotel not worth.

Hotel was refit from warehouse building it's nicely done, it's clean and good service, but the surrounding of hotel is industrial factory building ,not recommend to walk around the area.

Worst abd horrible hotel ever! Our travel agency booked us here last February and gave us an unpleasant vacation. It's our first time travelling to Hongkong and it seems it was a nightmare. The comfort rooms are disgusting, molds are visible in the shower area. The receptionist isn't nice and it's hard talking to her as she cannot speak in english well. You can hear other guests talking on the other room. Wifi is only available at the lobby. Beds are too small even the elevator.

We've made a big mistake in booking in a travel agency as the money we paid for was not well spent. We stayed in this hotel only for one night and decided to transfer in Marriot Hotel. 😡

most horrible hotel in the world , advertises pool,wifi and gym when you get there the pool is dried out , only wifi in the downstairs lobby and 150 dollars to gym . Asked for a refund immediately. Horrible horrible horrible !

When this hotel was new, it was decent but like an older gizzer who doesn't care about his appearance anymore this hotel has fallen in disrepair. IS BAD. There are so many objections I won't bother to mention each. The only good thing about this hotel is cheap for being in HK, convenient public transportation to airport, mostly good views of the harbor through some very dirty windows. There is no Internet in the rooms and one must decent to the lobby to get WIFI, which is not a proper lobby and got chairs with cushions that have long been deflated and you are just sitting in holes. Speaking of lobby WIFI, that's where you will often find mainland tourists, taking all available chairs, getting their WIFI time. Mainland tourists are boorish by Western standards, they will try to squeeze with their large bags into the smallish elevators like trying to catch the last helicopter out of Hanoi without so much of an "excuse me" I am not trying to be mean to mainlanders but that's how they are. Check out the Rambler next door if you must, but if the price isn't much higher I don't hold much hope that is anything better.

This hotel doesn't have any consideration for their customer and it doesn't deserve any star at all the room is bit big but so old need renovation the pool in the picture is not included to their facilities at all u need to pay $100 hkd per person just to use the pool which is in other building hmm the location is bit far to train station but there's some grocery in lower ground i don't really recommend this hotel oh I forgot the wifi only exist in lobby area which is sit is limited you can sit in the floor if u want too 🙄🙄🙄🤢

HORRIBLE, we lost electricity for a day, and they turn off the water every midnight. The staff are very rude and stupid, especially the ones in the lobby, the rooms were tiny and very dirty, the bed is too hard and sleeping is very uncomfortable, when it rains the upper part of your bed would get wet because it will literally flood below the window. The location is very inconvenient far from any malls.

This building is in desperate need of some TLCWe were told that we had been given an up grade however I thought it was a down grade. The rooms do not look like the advertisement. The bed was rock hard, couldn't sleep, the bath had brown stains around it and the fridge was dirty and old. Would not use the restaurant for food. Not a place to stay.

Well, we checked-in at Mexan at March 29-31, 2017. Just limit your expectation, the room is small no free hotel supplies like (soap/shampoo/toothpaste) ;-) and guess what?.. We've been surprised to find out that we needed to pay 20 HK dollars for the adaptor in order for us to charge our fone..

This place is terrible no wifi in rooms all pictures there os no view and rooms are too small. There's no hot water in the shower, it is around 24 degrees if you wait long enough.

Nice clean place, cheap. Mini mart underground and seaside very save and beautiful walk at night.
