This is a very nice hotel. Quite small but I very recommend this hotel for you who wants to experience the apartment-life in Hong Kong. The room is quite clean, they change and clean all equipments everyday; and the bathroom is clean, too. Located in the middle of Mong Kok Market, we never afraid of looking for foods and drink water; we found some vendors which sold mineral water for 5 $HK about two block to the east, just near Mong Kok station. The only flaw we'd found is this hotel located on the second floor and we must climb a quite high stair; but how can we complained? Most if not all hotels (and apartements) in HK just like this one! We just enjoyed it anyway

Abysmal. Maids woke me up at 8 every morning with their loud, lengthy exchanges in their private common room next door. Didn't stop. Inconsiderate and rude despite being asked to stop. Reception staff blunt and rude. Bed was like a brick and gave me back problems as well as my family staying in another room. Location was great but one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Go to the Cordis instead!

Nice place for overnight stays, with ample amenities and reasonable space (considering the small spaces in Hong Kong). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Location is near main road, may feel noisy at times. Need to climb up stairs to reach reception, may not be suitable for people who has difficulties in climbing stairs.

Locations are within 5 Mins of MTR & there are lots of street foods/Restaurant nearby.

Also located near the famous ladies's markets and many more Shopping stores.

I like this area of Mongkok as it is feels more locals rather than in Tsim Tsa Tsui, where there is a lot more tourist than locals.

Booked a queen size bed room, suspect there's bed bugs as body itchiness since day 1. Room size still acceptable but there's no wardrobe in the room, only clothes stand to hang your clothes.
They also provided 1 day free unlimited 4G SIM card & in-room wifi while check-in.
Location wise quite convenient just 3min walk to Langham Mall & Mongkok Mtr.

Family room - spacious, comfortable, good condition, fast cooling aircon, convenient location, minimal noise.

以香港的酒店來說，房間很大~有三人房或兩床房適合小家庭或商務，交通超便利，走路約2分鐘即到地鐵站，唯一的缺點應該是大廳是在2樓，若帶大行李箱必須提上二樓後才有電梯可搭

酒店位於尖沙咀，交通不要太方便，出門不遠就有地鐵站和車站，附近好像有一個大的Apple旗艦店，稻香和豚王都可以直接走過去。房間還算乾淨整潔的，服務台是在二樓的，去的時候只有一名接員，交了500押金，價格還是十分實惠的，每天都贈送兩瓶水…

Very good location - just next to Langham Place and 5 minutes from Mong Kok MTR station. We had the family room in which the beds are firm and clean. Restroom is relatively spacious - about 6x4 feet. Has quality towels & robes. Bad points - space outside the lift can be filled with cigarette smell, only 1 lift, a flight of stairs from the entrance to the lobby.
