Stayed here with the family. Spaces family rooms are available which fits two adult, one child and one infant. Wheelchair accessible. Good breakfast timing from 6:39 until 10:30 and the option is great . Shuttle bus available to the city centre ( drop off to 2 places but the pickup is from one point only . Markets shops grocery store around the hotel.

Nice hotel with good facility. However only 2 elevators, then it's quite slow. Staffs are nice and helpful. The hotel is closed to night street food market, about 300 m walking distance. 900 m walking to MTR Mongkok. But there is many shops, convenience store, restaurants around the hotel

Good Hotel in the city.. Small rooms but clean and neat. Breakfast good but the restaurant gets crowded due to groups. Indian and Chinese. The check in and especially check out was quick.
Near by there is MacDonald and 7 /11 and other utility stores. The famous ladies market is only a 10 Minute walk away.

Nice hotel with a affordable rate for stay. They got a free shuttle bus running every hr which we used it often to conncet to the main market and city. Otherwise the location is bit far from public transport.

Hotel with minimalist interior, fully carpeted room, free hi-speed wifi connection, located in strategic spot near Ladies Market for shopaholics. Recommended for backpackers as well as big group. The lack of 1 star is due to its bed, it's just too soft for me.

The location of Metropark Hotel Kowloon is quite travel friendly. It is near a plethora of convenience stores, buses, MTR stations, and traditional Hong Kong style restaurants. Moreover, it is near the city center. If one's intention is to explore Hong Kong, the Metropark Hotel is an ideal temporary residence.

Thought this was a pretty standard hotel, a little old and dark. Typical 3 star experience based on North American standards. Overall, it was positive and I would recommend it!

Room was nice but small. Big fridge and safe which was nice. Great shower/bathroom and the staff turned things over nicely every day. Beds/pillows were solid.

Wifi wasn't great and somewhat unreliable. Wish there was an option to pay more for premium wifi.

Rooftop pool was nice, towels included and a lifeguard of sorts always on duty.

Location was okay, bit of a walk to the Metro station but you're also pretty close to some walkable attractions. Plenty of 7-Elevens and mini-marts nearby to stock up on.

Staff we encountered weren't great at English so they didn't provide much value. I left a review on another site and the hotel responded saying that we should have used their free shuttle service. Thought it was pretty damning that we stayed there for 4 nights and didn't know they even had a shuttle service.

The Metropark Hotel is situated in kowloon about 1.5 miles from the harbour. The hotel staff were all very nice and made the stay a pleasure. The room was nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. What was nice was all the little extras like toothbrushes, shaving kits, combs and lots of toiletries. You also had a choice of 5 different pillows, which was nice. Overall I would stay there again, as it is very close to Nathan Road, which had lots of shops and leads straight to the harbour.

The hotel is located near the MTR. There are many eateries and convenient stores within walking distance. Great place to stay at. They have connecting rooms so it is convenient for families too.

So disappointed to spend the last 3 nights of our special European holiday in this hotel. We had 2 rooms and they are musty with water and mould on the carpet which is heavily stained. The rooms are tired and dirty with mould and hair in the shower. The safe didnt work either. It was 1 star at best and we had rooms overlooking tenements. Very depressing.

Great club room. Extremely excellent to detail and comfort. USB charging station and a free cellphone to take as a guide and phone! We found great details on Expedia! There's a shuttle from the airport to hotel but you need to pay. Well worth the cost.

My first visit to HK and I stayed 2 nights.
On first impressions arriving this hotel looked bit old and tired. Concierge staff were great and very friendly and shuttle services to shops and airport were mostly reliable. Although the timetable skipped a city pickup due at 12noon returning to hotel and i had to call hotel to check if they were still coming and were told no and i had to wait for next one at 12.30pm.
My room was small..aircon cold and couldnt adjust. The bathroom shower screen had mould and also around the floor tiling. One bath towel although cleaned had yellow stains.
The wifi was an extremely weak signal so i couldnt get full connection when i needed.
The Sip Sip bar on ground floor was excellent.
The breakfast was average as on my first morning a number of food selections had run out and were too slow in replenishing for guests. So when i asked the manager to please check the kitchen, twice she acknowledged but nothing came out for 15-20 mins so i left. The 2nd morning was very busy and service was good. So its a bit hit and miss.
I found this hotel too far away from shopping area i wanted in Kowloon Tsim Sha Tsui Nathan rd and in need of upgrade as I was disappointed and not what i was expecting for a 4 star hotel.

A clean,comfortable place with good accommodation. This place serves few Indian vegetarian food too which is pretty hard to find in Kowloon. The hotel staff is very friendly.

Really clean. Excellent staff, food brilliant. Central location and easy access to different places good bus route. Who could ask for more. Loved it. Even enjoyed the pool and sunbathing for a couple of hours on last day.
Recommend to all.

Great hotel friendly staff easy walk to ladies market. Bus from hotel to Tsim Sha Tsui can conect with ferry to Macau .

Worst hotel in Hong Kong, ever. I could mention the small size of the room or the useless wifi but the most unbearable thing of this hotel was the incredible low level of the clientele. I felt sorry for myself.

The floor I'm staying at has a chemical smell. In mid April, the room has high humidity. The sheets feel damp but they are not.The a.c. Doesn't remove moisture.

Location is great only 10 mins walk to ladies market area. Rooms bit outdated, ours had a bad smell but after a complaint at reception the cleaners got rid of most of the smell and was bearable. Swimming pool is seasonal and open after march so i didnt get to check it. The room looked like it wasnt cleaned or maintained in awhile, no tissues, curtains looked like it was growing mold, dusty surfaces. Most of these issues got resolved after our complaint so it just seems like no one got this room in awhile and just need a good clean. Good thing is a free shuttle service provided by hotel to mong kok sneakers street and tsim sha tsui areas. Free wifi not very fast got 1mb down and 0.5mb up, the reception gave us a wifi extender got a reasonable 4mb down 1 mb up, good enough for youtube with out buffering. We had a free phone to use with unlimited 3g and international calling to certain countries which was useful. But it kept poping up ads and disturbing us when watching videos.
