The most practical and value for money where you can stay in Hongkong Tsim Tsa Tsui Area or Kowloon Side. Near to Central of Hongkong Island too. Many shops and food stalls within walks. Very near to MTR too.
The Place is very neat and accomodating staff. Complete Kitchen accessories.
The top of it is theres a mobile phone that comes with your room that you can take it when you go around Hongkong. With Internet, can make local or international calls and as a Hotspot for your other mobile devices. All telco services is FREE!!!

Centrally located, near TST station. Two elevators. Spacious room. Bathroom door had issues. Tub was placed a bit higher, felt very unsafe to get in and out of. Staff was nice. Overall good stay.

I stay at Citandines Ashley every time I visit HK for business. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and very quiet! The staff is incredible, it's a great experience every time! Oh, and it was literally just renovated, so rooms are squeaky new🎉🎉🎉

A wonderful hotel at a wonderful location with great restraunts in the neighborhood catering to every type of cuisine. A Savarna Bhavan (south Indian restaurant opposite) a halal doner kebab restraunt exactly below the hotel. Rooms are spacious compared to other Hong Kong hotels I have stayed in this is actually an apart hotel has a small kitchenette. The staff is pretty helpful and courteous.

Nice and roomy in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui area, me and my friends (3 people) stay together for 2 nights. We were pretty much comfortable with the room which a lot of spaces and kitchen with utensils. Easy to find from the MTR Station just 5 minutes walk.

Stayed here for 3 nights (Dec 2017).
First, the rooms are quite small but decent enough. Maintenance is average. It could be better
Second, there's a mini bar and a kitchenette.
Third, part of their service for tourists is a Handy Mobile Phone with unlimited Data and Internet Access and calls for both local (unlimited) and international (max of 10 calls only).
Fourth, staff are courteous and friendly.
Last, it is in Tsim Sha Tsui Area; very near to malls/shopping centres, very accesible to a variety of restaurants, bakeshops, convenience store, supermakets, 4 mins away from TST MTR and different bus stops.

Good location, very close to the MTR access, and with good restaurants, a convenience store, and shops nearby. Airport Express free shuttle stop is only about a 5 minute walk away.

Rooms are tight but clean. Would have wanted to book a 2 bedroom unit for my family but apparently they didn't offer this. Had to settle for 2 studio units. Only 2 or 3 units per floor.

Front desk staff courteous and friendly.

Excellent value in TST area. Room was always clean and the hotel quiet. Front desk staff was helpful. Located close to MTR, grocery, and bars/restaurants. Three coffee shops within 3 minute walk of hotel, one located inside on the third floor.

Nice small hotel that's really a serviced apartment. Even the smallest room has a stove top, pots, pans, dishes, add utensils. Refrigerator comes stocked with 4 free drinks and they're happy to bring more. Nice, helpful managment. Good location in heart of TST.

Best for value. Hard to find a such nice clean and modern appartement based in the heart restaurant area. You just have to go out of the door to find. Japanese, Italian, Turkish and all kinds of food around. The biggest mall Harbour City is 10 min by walk only. Subway is nearby. I strongly advice.

Had to be one of the worst apartments I have stayed. 1 out of 2 lifts is down. Room is miserably small and hardly any space to walk. Towels had some weird smell. Soundproofing is bad too. Stay here if you are really right on budget. If not go for Hotel Pravo.
