Amazing hotel. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely with a great view of the harbour and a comfortable bed.
The best thing was definitely the 50 meter outside pool.

Beautiful ..top class..great food choice..in house restaurant. Very helpful staff. Linked to Convention centre. And of course walking distance from the beautiful water front of the harbour with an incredible view of the skyscrapers

Awesome hotel in an awesome post of town. Short walk to all sorts of interesting places like Soho, the hockey club, mtr stations and the convention centre. Buffet breakfast and lunch is worth every dollar, especially the deserts. Amenities like the pool and gym are awesome. Also had a kids pool and play area. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location. The star ferry is a 5 minute walk and central transportation terminal is less than 10. Tons of restaurants in the area also. The service is great and if you are a member of the loyalty program the concierge club and breakfast buffet make it a 5 star experience. The rooms are average for the type of hotel it is. They have an assortment of different types of pillows on the bed. What really stands out are the blackout shades. They work great. I recommend the hotel and stay there often. Just wish the rooms were a tad nicer otherwise a 5 star experience.

This hotel was amazing! The services for a platinum member were spot on. Having forgotten a power adapter, I was pleased to get a free one as a gift upon arrival. The upgrade to a harbor view room ensured I had lovely views of Hong Kong during the entire stay.

The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

While there, I was able to walk to many parts of Central in about 30 mins, and (circumventing construction) run to the running path by the water (which looks like it is currently being expanded).

Breakfast in the lounge was great and there were expansive views of the city and bay. Would definitely stay here again. Strongly recommend!

Quality is consistently reliable. Excellent front office staff. Great housekeeping staff. BUT, they need to change out the desk chairs in the room. The legs stick out and the chairs are very heavy. Lots of stubbed little toes over the years, ouch 😕

Stayed at the hotel one night for business. Room was very good. Not huge, but well designed. Tea and coffe making facilities were adequate. Did not find a trouser press. Views from the hotel across the harbour were spectacular. Location is OK, but there is a lot of construction work nearby at the moment so it will probably be nicer whenever that gets finished.

In the room you have the best view of almost all the harbor of Kowloon and Hongkong! Spectacular! Staff is quick and friendly and efficient. Fitness 24 hours. Nice garden in the 11.floor also, between all the buildings. Some minutes walk to the star ferry to Kowloon etc. Good location!

Excellent attention to detail at the restaurant. High end finishes throughout to compliment the harbour view. Service was fantastic. The menu was well executed. Truly a VIP experience.

The service was excellent, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The rooms were not huge, but we got a harbor view room on the 37th floor and it was spectacular.
There were good facilities and the gym was excellent and the pool was huge. There is a good selection of eating options and a shop for amenities.
The lounge on the 40/41st floors had an amazing view and were well equipped for breakfast and evening meals. Again the staff were excellent.
The location was nice, not too central but about an 8 minute walk to the metro, and then right next to central. It is also a few minutes walk to the star ferry terminal to Kowloon.
The only down side for the entire trip was when I needed to get me luggage, which was right behind the reception, but the lady behind the Christmas counter would not help me, as all of the check in staff were busy. O could of taken it myself and I was in a serious rush, but it was unusually bad service and ownership of the problem right on departure.

Very good hotel . Get connected to Exhibition Center. Perfect for business travel. After long work, I take taxi to Happy Valley. I'd like to have foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat. Very professional and modern. I'd like it very much. Totally relax.

Very nicely decorated room albeit on the small to medium side. Hotel is right next to the convention centre and very convenient. Best part about this hotel is the excellent and helpful service staffs!

Great hotel. Grand hyatt is s bit better but service and ambiance is very nice.
Went to pool which is shared by both hotels, great pool! Very little sun as the tall buildings block the rays. Service is beyond bad. It's so bad it's comical at least for lunch by pool. I sat on the lounge chairs and ordered at 115. 2pm I asked my 3rd person about the meal, all kind of look at you with a "huh" a few no answers.finally miracles happen and I revived my lunch at 220pm.
I was kidding with my new friend next to me i should ask for the check because i would not get it till 4we laughed.
I asked 4 people for it and we just could not believe it. As my friend in USA says " you can't make this s---- up". Well the check never came after waiting 30 minutes and begging.
I went to my meeting
It was so bad it was really almost not reality. We did get a good laugh in amazement of incompetence!

All else very good.

Hotel overall was good, but the room could have used some work. Laminate flooring was coming up, rust in the shower, smelled very strongly of smoke. Can't beat the view though.

Nice and clean hotel conveniently located next to exhibition center and offers Victoria harbour views and rooms with balconies at request. Two main disadvantages are small room size, really small but still comfortable and paid wifi service that should be free in such place. Wifi access charge $120 HK Dollars per day, that's almost $20 USD additionally.

Wonderful accommodation and impeccable service. The harbor view rooms are really worth it with panoramic views of Kowloon. Nice bar/lounge in the lobby area serving up some local craft beers as well.

Located near Wan Chai station so it's easy to get around the city

Very well run Renaissance Hotel over looking Victoria Harbor. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The service is top notch every way, accommodating all the needs of the business or leisure traveler. Large gym, wonderful breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food. The executive club is located on the top three floors with stunning views.

Nice hotel with great harbour view. It is located in the new Wanchai area so while it has shops and restaurants, it is a bit isolated. However Hong Kong is small so you can easily taxi in and out

Stayed for the new year eve weekend. Had fantastic view of the fire work display. In fact the view was the best Stayed in level 28. Very good. Good breakfast and in room dining was very prompt.

ZERO STARS for the reception staff of the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel: Take note, the hotel has a members only check in and out counter with no one manning it. They 'CHOOSE' who they like to serve, everybody else can wait it out or die waiting, (haha) IF YOU CATCH MY DRIFT. So, okay I understand the staff are stuck in the colonial period of the 1950s. So , do first impressions count? Like hell, they do! They should install computer check ins and outswould be so much more friendlier!
5 STARS FOR THE BELLBOYS OUTSIDE THE HOTEL: Now, these guys don't care who you are, they are helpful and real people. They will be translators, loaders and offer advice and you know what, have no expectations. They stand in the cold wind with warm smiles that warm the heart and help you to forget the crappy reception staff inside the hotel.
