Location close with center . Room small . Have place to smoke at floor 2, outside . Breakfast poor but nice to have coffee for free 24 hours .

Had some high expectations for this hotel with the photos but found the hotel itself to be a bit of a let down. The room i got, which i think was just the basic studio, was very small. The room itself was ok, clean and functional but it's pretty worn out. It definately needs an update.
Hotel service though was very good and staff were friendly. Free breakfast was also better than expected with a range of pastries, toast, fruit and juices.
Location was great though in causeway bay with Restuarants, convience stores everywhere. Causeway bay MTR station is only a few minutes walk and bus stops are close by. Also near a lot of shopping centres.response / report this review -

I had booked a one week holiday in this hotel this year. Unfortunately due to a serios illness my family was not able to fly to Hong Kong and I kindly asked the hotel team whether we could change our booking to a date one week later and transfer the payment we had already made to that date - the day we had to move my family's flight to. I even went there in person to speak to the reservation team. It was not about paying any fees but we just kindly asked for their understanding - without any success. The staff shortly told me that there is no other possibility of cancellation and paying the full price and did not even offer me the possibility to book a room one week later. I found that this has nothing to do with good customer relationship and service. I would have loved to stay at the hotel since it looked very nice but due to the missing cooperation we decided to chose another hotel.

Night staff was kinda rude justifying 500HKD deposit per night even if the room was prepaid! Sleeping area is small, room average but very nice decoration.

Extremely friendly staff.
Great location.
Always made sure room was spotless.
Bed was very comfortable.
Good table size, wardrobe, and general facilities.
Food in the morning is simple and easy.
Gym is tiny though, just 3 machines and a gym ball. Aircon smells a tiny bit funny, but not a major problem.

I have been to a few hotel in my life of travel, but this place is by all account one of a kind in the best way.
Let’s start with staff. All the staff and I’m not just talking about the front desk, are super nice and always smiling and willing to help, with everything from small talk to advice and recommendations. Every recommendation was great and that made the trip that much more enjoyable
Location – I found that this place was centrally located to everything walking or driving (I did both), every cab was no longer 15 min. this option help drop the trip cost by a lot
Food - water bottles and juice are available in the lobe all the time for free, on a hot day this helps a lot, breakfast is small assortment not big but good to start the day with. Best part from 5pm to 8pm there is free wine (red or white) everyday, that help get the evening start great.
The rooms are by all means small but from my understating of HK is the norm, my room (see pic) was a nice size, nice big bed and living area, small bathroom
Here are something about this hotel you would need to know, saying this I am still coming back
There is not parking, for HK that is normal, getting a cab at sometimes may take some time the place is close to a busy area so I found myself trying to get a cab frustrating but looking around I saw that not only me was trying to grab a cab so it’s not a negative point just a heads up that you may be there for 10 min trying to grab a cab for a 10 min cab ride
The show pressure was really high, the water temp was great but pressure was too high.
The sound floor is an open terrace, my understanding is that it’s not normal to have that in all hotel, it an amazing place to come relax and enjoy, I found myself using this place a lot to have a drink (5-8pm remember that) and get some sun
The last point is about feel of the place it has great decor from lobby to the rooms the art on the wall to chars I found myself always looking around to see what I can find and really enjoy the non-business feel

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms (or mine at least), though small, are fully equipped with a large bed, living area, bathroom, and mini kitchen. The minibar is fully equipped with snacks and drinks, and offers tea making facilities, and a microwave. WiFi is excellent, both for a hotel, and in general. Air-conditioning is also avaliable in every room. The icing on the cake would have to be the complimentary phone that is provided to guests, which offers unlimited data and calling (both domestic and international). The location of the hotel puts you right at the heart of the city. This is an outstanding hotel which I would recommend to anyone.

Great location as its easily accessible from Hong Kong Airport. The rooms are extremely stylish and welcoming designed by YOO. You can make free international calls from the useful smartphones in the rooms, although it is for selected countries. It is a busy locale so its recommended to book a higher level room if that concerns you.

Great location. Best hospitality anywhere I've ever been. Free breakfast, free cake in afternoon and free wine in the evening. Great in room dining options. Very modern and chic.
