Went for high tea. The food, the drinks, the service, absolutely amazing. The view could've been good, but since summer is approaching, it's been pretty humid this week and we're in high floors, all we could see out the window was pure whiteness. It was pretty cool, but of course, we would have preferred to see the Victoria Harbour. Food was expensive as expected, but if you come with family or friends, you can expect to have a good time

Nice place but need to walk a long way from Elements and MTR stations to get there. Staffs are polite and efficient. The lobby is dim. The ambience is a little too classy to people like me. Taking a lift to 103F is exciting. Ear pops.

Spent 2 nights for a staycation and it was lovely. Beautiful surroundings and great service. We had club access and the staff in the lounge were especially lovely.
Only slight imperfection was breakfast which was a little underwhelming.
The highlight was the room. Beautiful corner seat with a gorgeous view. A tent for our daughter to sleep in which she loved, and little touches like bag, soft toy and hotel scavenger hunt with a map and stickers.

We had the salad bar at the 103rd floor restaurant. The view of Hong Kong island is spectacular and well worth the visit. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. The salad bar was very good. The ingredients were all high quality and fresh. You collect your ingredients in a glass bowl, hand to the kitchen staff and they mix for you. The dressings all looked good but surprisingly they did not have blue cheese.

We were up in the Lounge and Bar for dinner, up on level 103 with a view of Hong Kong. Unfortunately, our view was very disappointing. We saw nothing but fog, mist and clouds. This wasn't something that crossed our minds when making a booking but something for everyone else to consider. Because you're so high up in the sky, you'd have to check the forecast and make your booking around that. After all, it's all about the view.

We ordered the special steaks and some cheeky cocktails. I would say the steaks were $$$ but were nothing amazing. Nothing wow'ed us here.

Afternoon tea here was disappointing. Coffee took forever but they did make it up by offering an additional round. Food was not great. Bread, for example, was not as fresh as one would expect from a Ritz-Carlton. Better options elsewhere. Great view though!

Very lovely place. I love their ozone bar located over 110/F in the sky. You can enjoy the harbour view in the most existing angles. I have also joint a party in the ballroom at 3/F, nice facilities with that great screen. The food is stunningly good with heart. Highly recommended.

Stayed at the presidential suite for a wedding. As an upgrade (thanks). View was amazing. Room was good and large but only spanned one floor not two. During our stay one of the lamps fell off itself. The hotel charged the groom $5000 hkd. Totally unreasonable. :(

Large rooms but are getting a bit old. Very cheap amenities. Get one with sea view. Personnel is outstanding. Food is ok, breakfast is ok too. View from Tosca is amazing and from the other restaurant too. Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing view from the Victoria Harbor suite, service is excellent, and opulent rooms. There's also a very well equipped gym, pool, and sauna at the 108th floor. Budget permitting, I would happily return here.

Just wow! You are obviously paying for the value that you get but well worth treating yourself. From the quality of the rooms, the service, the unbelievable views from multiple vantage points, to the wonderful food all around especially the Sunday brunch. The Ritz Carlton delivers on a unique experience that will always keep you wanting to come back again.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong for a leg of our honeymoon. The room was great, the views from the room were equally great, and the customer service was phenomenal. They decorated our room for us, which was the nicest surprise when we arrived, and we even got a special picture and cake. So thoughtful!

On top of that, they have quite a few excellent restaurants in the hotel, all of which were very gluten free friendly. The experience here was the perfect way to end our honeymoon.

All travellers please be AWARE

of the Double charges done on the credit card done in this hotel. I had a very bad experience and now I feel helpless after staying in this property.

I had stayed at your hotel (in Ritz Carlton - Hong Kong) on 1st July 2017. my room no was 11319 name: Prasanth Dev Thankappan

During the stay:

My card was swiped 2 times during my stay:
1. 1st on 1st July 2017 for HKD 8000 as security deposit

2. On 2nd July my card was swiped for HKD 5940 as hotel payments

But, both the amounts are debited from my credit card and i have been charged 8000+5940 = 13940HKD in my card

Best 5 star hotel I have ever stayed. The views of Hong Kong from the hotel are breathtaking. Maybe if you don't know it's worlds highest hotel and its Ritz Carlton so I think I don't have to say anything more about it.

Perfect service, beautiful presentation of dishes . I meet my friends for dining there few times in a Month for lunch , dinner or Sunday Champagne brunch . Also had my wedding there and use SPA service all the time . One of my favourite place in HK for many years 🌹❤️

First world problems: this hotel is so high up (103-109th floor) you don't get cell phone reception!
Also, much further walking from the mtr downstairs. The W hotel in the same Element mall is much more practical instead.

Bad service.
Bad restaurants.
Bad service.
Horrible restaurants.
No one understands what you're tying to say no matter how many times and the different way you try to explain, the hotel and their staff always disappoint.
I'm so over Ritz Carlton for any location now. GM is not available, of course, 8-5 job. No management is in charge since I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone. Will never return to any of its affiliates, SPG or Marriott. I'm beyond disappointed.
Breakfast is horrible compared to other RC.
The room is small for a suite.
The view is opaque due to the thick glass and dirty. (Glass hasn't been cleaned)
Brought luggage so could be sent to room and after 1 hour, it hadn't arrived. (Went to get it myself)
Restaurant has bad policy for sitting. For such an "iconic" building, it's below any other place out there.
Elevators are too crowded and the temperature is too hot. (Everyone is sweating because it's hot and of course, the humidity)
Guests are not really treated as such for reservation purposes. Why even stay here?
Management is not available when needed.
They are sorry for everything, I mean, everything, but doesn't help as they do not correct anything. Can't wait to get out of here! ��

The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong is one of a kind and and is a bucket list worthy experience. I am lucky enough to have had this experience twice now, and both times this hotel surpasses all other hotel experiences. The hotel itself with it's lobby on the 112th floor is stunning not only with it's AMAZING views but it's design and appointments. No detail is missed and the service is top notch leaving me wanting for nothing - except to stay a little longer!! I can't forget to mention the incredible dining experience in the Chinese restaurant, the sprawling club lounge food presentation and pre-dinner drinks in Ozone. I can only hope that one day my travels will bring me back for another incredible stay! Thank you Ritz Carlton Hong Kong for making my stay and experience a memorable one.
