  The hairdresser did a pretty good job. It wasn't really what I asked for and the cut was a bit choppy. Not totally what I was expecting for the price point and location but over all not shabby.

  Been coming to Indulgence for over three years, couldn't recommend it more. My hairdresser Jun is always charming, efficient and good company. Prices are relatively reasonable and the interior is bright and spacious with lots of natural light which is unusual in HK. Awesome

  Just visiting Hong Kong I didn't know where to go and was so lucky Roger agreed to cut my hair - he mostly cuts men but is amazing at short styles for women as well. He was friendly and took his time to make it perfect! Lovely cool salon.

  Excellent service and professionalism.
  
  As an expat here for the summer, my hair was not cooperating with the humidity. I went in to Indulgence to ask about a keratin/permanent straightening service. The stylist was very helpful and quoted a price and asked me to make an appt.
  
  When I went into the appt, they asked me various questions to make sure they did everything right. They suggested I not straighten the ends of my hair so that my hair would look more natural - great suggestions. The technician who actually straightened my hair was immaculate. He even took the time to straighten the "baby" hairs around my hairline and the side whisps next to my ear. Didnt think they would do such a great job.
  
  It took 2.5 hours but they kept checking in on me and made me feel very comfortable and assured as to what was going on since I had never had a hair treatment before. They bill was also exactly what she had quoted prior to me making the appt.
  
  Two months later now and my hair is still perfectly straight - no need to blow dry it for 30 minutes every morning and no more poofiness due to the humidity.
  
  100% pleased and suggest that anyone who is considering straightening their thick, poofy hair to go for it and try out Indulgence. One of the best decisions I've made out here in HK.
