Nice decor - and that's about it. Had my bacherlotte party there and they didn't honour my booking since someone was still getting their nails done when we arrived so we had to wait. One of my friends got cut and bled during her pedicure.

Clean, calm and soothing ambiance. Nail techs are very professional and really make sure your nails are flawless. Have gotten gel manicures here twice already and will be back for more!

I just had a pregnancy massage in Flawless Spa. I have to say it doesn't worth the value. For such a value, I expected more from the amenity. It is the first time, I had a 900 dollar one hour massage but there's no slipper provided at all. While I am having a pregnancy massage, obviously, I wanted to relax, but the music is very upbeat, like you are in a aerobic class or something. The technique of the masseuse is normal, but I would rate it as a 400/500 HKD max kind of service overall.
To charge a 900 HKD per hour session massage, there are way more details to work on.
People are nice though, nothing personal.

Unexpectedly high prices at the end of the facial, however the range of products used and the music did result in a relaxing time. On the other hand the cleaning process of the face was not up to the standard I would have hoped for given the asking price of this service.

At first, I thought that Flawless Spa is just all about interior design, the place itself. But upon visiting the spa the other day, I realized that it's not. The service is truly good. I love what they did to my nails. Perfect! Also the Superfacial is the best facial in hong kong, central spa. Cool!
