One of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. The attention to detail, care and skill of the team is exceptional. I was developing a bit of a cold the day I went and the team went above and beyond to make sure I kept warm - and even found some ointment to massage into my chest and temples. Nothing was too much. It was such a caring and genuine experience. Go there - it warm your heart and soothe your muscles. A great and carefully thought through consumer experience - and for a cheaper price than most places.

Chi wa Siam is a very relaxing spa, the massages and treatments and amazing. I took my friends there for a birthday celebration and it has a very pleasant atmosphere, I felt asthough I was in Thailand. The staff are very nice and friendly to be around, it is a great experience and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a great way to spend your day.

My gf and I walked in from a 10 hour flight and no sleep. We treated ourselves to an hour Thai massage with herbal ball whilst waiting for our hotel to prepare our room. The massage and service was amazing value for money. We will be coming back before we fly out!

Very friendly and professional staff and Manager. Had a very pleasant experience and Thai massage. The place is great and smell very nice. Very peaceful and quiet spa. The Tea was very good and very nice to have after having a great Thai and facial massage. Strongly recommend.

My friend and I had a simple facial that comes with a 15mins massage and it was HKD 900 per person. Truth be told, for this price I rather go for Bliss spa in W or pay extra 200 and go for Four Seasons hotel which is down the street, where they have clean sheets and 5 star facilities. The place was empty on a Sunday and I can perfectly understand why. I feel compelled to post this so others don't get scammed.
