  great place to get my nails done! very professional team.
  
  It seems like there is an internet troll behind negative comments and 1 stars on spas and beauty salons.

  Are all leaving bad comments and full make belief stories (repetitive comments left in different salon reviews) It's either coincidental that all these ladies review the same spas at the same time or they're just purely fictional accounts.

  I remember my first time I went there last 3 months it was nice and good service ,however 4days ago I visit for waxing, her my eyebrow done and also my nail and I was shocked with the result specially my nails as I told the lady that it's not right and it's bit have deviation and she keep try to fix a bit then tell me it's ok now ,not worth going there anymore

  No doubt one of the top (if not, THE TOP) spas in Hong Kong. I’ve had my nails done a few times and a facial, and all the products they use are top grade. Their staff are absolute darlings and it always feels like home every time I make my visit (I frequent the Central and Discovery Bay branch)
  
  I don’t understand some of these negative comments, I assume perhaps they were in the WRONG spa.
  
  And to address that one other comment about “fake reviews”, I am very much a real person and would gladly show up when summoned.

  Great waxing and treading!, nice massage. Manicure and pedicure could be better. Masters are very polite. Area is clean.

  Popular for manicures, facials and hair removal. Booking in advance is required. Clean environment and most employees there are polite and skilled.

  Nice ambience. Service was excellent. Given as a present and I wasn't disappointed. I was booked on a Sunday and it was quiet. The place is easy to find if you follow D'Agullar St. It is in front of Hard Rock Cafe.
