  Wonderful experience! Friendly staff. Found this place online and they were very accommodating even though I didn’t have an appointment. I wasn’t sure what kind of design I wanted on my nails but they helped me decide and I love the result! I would come back here next time I’m in HK.

  One of the best nail salons in HK. Edith was very polite and friendly, not to mention she did a terrific job. Not many places in the city do acrylics, but Rainbow Nails offers a variety of services including acrylics. They also have the most extensive selection of O.P.I. colors I have ever seen. Overall I would highly recommend this cute and stylish salon, it’s great!

  Was greeted by a friendly staff when I rang the bell and she was very upfront with their charges. Was offered drinks and a variety of colour nails to pick from once I entered.
  
  The staff was very friendly and engaged in friendly conversation while gently and professionally cleaning my nails.
  
  Prices are steeper due to the location but place, environment and staff are nice and good.
  
  Suggest to make an appointment if you are going on a Sunday as there is only 1 staff on Sunday.

  Rainbow Nails took me up 8 floors from the lively bustle of Pottinger St and into a quiet, relaxing little sanctuary. Once there, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff who took such good care of me from the moment I rang the bell and entered the shop. I was offered refreshments, invited to pick my colors, and then shown to the comfy chair where I would relax for the duration of my manicure and pedicure.
  
  Staff allowed me to sit quietly or to have a little conversation where I wanted it as they did their amazing work on my nails. There was no rush but staff worked efficiently and completed my nails in the time they estimated, staying on schedule but allowing me to stay as long as I wanted. They were very helpful, too, aiding me as I put on my sandals, paid, and collected my things.
  
  As others have mentioned, the price is a bit higher than other nail salons nearby; however, I found the price fair for services received, and was very happy with the results. What a delightful treat! Thank you, Rainbow Nails! Whenever I am in HK I will be visiting you 💗💕💅🏼
  
  Final note: best to call and make an appointment! I did this ahead of time after looking at their website and it seemed to work well with the Rainbow Nails system as they are very organized and respectful of people’s time.

  My friend and I walked in the shop and we didn’t know what we would we be going to but thankfully they let us go in and squeezed us into their busy schedule. One manicure per person was under 200. Ours was 190. A bit expensive for our normal routines but let me tell you, it was worth it. The women were very patient and kind towards us. At the end they even helped us wear our shoes! The experience made us feel very relaxed and our nails look better than ever!

  Rainbow Nails is simply the best! I have been a happy client at Rainbow Nails since they opened! I get an extremely professional experience in a relaxing friendly salon that offers comfort with soothing music to create a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The quality of care is evident in the personal attention you get from the experienced staff. They always finish on time and I enjoy my visits. Honestly, I can't recommend them highly enough!

  Went there first time today. Awesome customer service. I was in a hurry and they helped so much on finishing my nails quickly still and did a great job in the meantime. Definitely will go back again! Thanks!

  Great job, artwork & always helpful, each time after my nails are done, I feel happy & always receive compliments from friends or even strangers who happen to be sharing a lift. Rainbow - a team of professional and experienced young ladies who know what they are doing, both manicure & pedicure, and they do it so well in the cosy salon making every appointment enjoyable and well worth the time and cost. Keep it up, ladies!

  I am new in Hong Kong and found this salon online. It usually takes me a while to find one I like and am satisfied with - but I got lucky this time on my first pick! I loved the 2 experiences I have had so far. The salon is comfortable, the treatments are excellent and the people very nice. Edit gave me one of the best French soak off gel manicures I have ever had. I also love that they use the machines! This will be my go to place from now on!

  I have been coming to Rainbow Nails for 13 years now. Their customer service level is exceptional. In all that time, I have never been kept waiting and have never had a bad manicure. I have had acrylic gel nails all that time and am also proud to say my natural nails are still strong and healthy. I attribute all of this to Helen and her amazing team.   A good discovery. Gives first impression of being nice and clean, with polite staff. Seems to have good repeat customers base. Located on 8th floor, likely a reason for relatively lower prices. Nails look great.
