Location is good. Room is good but a but cramped on the free space. For the cost, amenities like Swimming pool and some more children activities would have been great. Room is clean and nicely maintained. Breakfast is good but options are not that great.

Good, solid hotel. Not fancy, but clean and reliable. Close to Jordan metro and 15 minute walk to Kowloon Star Ferry Pier and Ocean Center.
From airport, take public bus A21. 30 minutes later the bus will deposit you within 200 metres of the hotel. Bus is comfortable and has room for luggage. As a precaution, stay within vis it also distance of your bags.
Hotel is just off Nathan Road. Night Market is a 5 minute walk through the pedestrian underpass beside the hotel. Many restaurants close by.
Not expensive, not fancy, just a good choice for a stay in in Hong Kong.

Nice location, on Nathan Road and 5 minutes walk to the Jordan MTR station. Makes it easier to access the various attractions as well as amenities.

However, was a bit disappointed by the services provided by the hotel itself. Had opted for a breakfast deal and stated in the confirmation mail. Took them more than 30 minutes to sort it out during check-in and even then, was never settled. It was a bit embarrassing to hear everyday from the usher during breakfast that my room number was not on the list.
Similar story with the safe provided in the room. Was not working when we checked in and reported immediately but remained unattended for the duration of the stay.

While Novotel has its loyal clientele and customers, the services definitely needs improvement.

Location of the place was a convenient 5 minutes walk from the Jordan MTR station, with many eateries nearby as well as the famous Temple market and Ladies market near the area. Rooms are spacious compared to other hotels, paired with a nice sofa. Service was better than most other places in Hong Kong, with patient and understanding staffs. However, more can be improved with their flexibility on rigid service guidelines.

Services are good and staff always helpful. Room is spacious comparing to HK hotel. Room are nicely furnished.
Location is very central and less than 5 min walk to Jordan station. Accessible to most shopping, food and places of interest with ease.
Breakfast could improve a little with more variety or selection.
However surely i would recommend to friend.

The rooms are spacious and clean. I've been to Hong Kong over the years and have stayed at other local hotels but the Nathan Novotel has the most spacious room. And, it is close to the Jordan Station as well as the Airport Express shuttle. The staff are friendly and professional. And, the location is safe and secure.

Great hotel for the price. Great value and location. Gym is in pretty good condition. Views are not good. Didn't try the breakfast here (so many options just within 15 minutes away!) But it was generally packed so I assume food was decent. The front desk was pretty good in terms of servicing. Room was clean. Didn't get 5 stars because Accor has a terrible policy of not being able to apply my several nights stay to my membership account.

Would come back!

Overall, the hotel operation is well run and efficient. The front desk is very responsive to the needs of visitors and the room met the standard which I expected. This expectation was based on both my previous stays at other Accor hotels and the the representation of the room which I booked on the web site. No surprises. Well done. I should also mention the seafood buffet. It was excellent, the price was right and the service was excellent.

This is a beautiful hotel, staff are so helpful and polite. Rooms spacious and very clean. Bathrooms excellent and clean and lovely easy accessible shower. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Would highly recommend. One little hitch would be that there was no balcony to sit outside on a nice day/evening or for someone wanting a cigarette - did look a bit unsightly all the smokers outside. A balcony would be a huge asset.

Nice Hotel well located and very good staff. Things are professional at this hotel. The breakfast is very good they have a large selection of many different varieties of food the pastries and bread are of good quality.
You have to be early because if you come down to late then there will be a lot of people there in many cases but it is a lovely place and the staff again a very friendly helpful andLovely

Helpful reception staff. Great bed. Convenient location. Restaurant staff very eager to assist. We arrived early morning after an overnight flight from Europe and it was really good to be offered breakfast and have our room ready by midday.

Quick check in at 1am. Typically of Hong Kong the rooms were on the small side but they were clean. The rooms were quiet with minimal road noise. We stayed on the club room floors so we were a bit higher up. The breakfast was good with enough variety to appease a fussy eater in our group. The beds were comfortable with a choice of pillows. Although a little dated we could not find fault with the rooms or the staff. Great location with easy access to the Metro. We only managed to get back to the club room once and we found the afternoon tea to be satisfactory.

Our stay in Novotel Nathan Road was extremely pleasant. The staff were courteous, attending to our needs immediately. The daily breakfast was delicious and the place was pleasantly roomy allowing us to eat our breakfast in a relaxing mode. The girl at the tour counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is accessible to shopping and dining areas and the MTR. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. I will surely stay at this hotel again.

Check in was trouble free and very quick. Staff were courteous and friendly.
Our room was spacious by Hong Kong standards, very clean and the bed in our Superior King room (1023) was excellent - the best I have experienced in a hotel anywhere. We also appreciated the full height 100% blackout blind in our room that allowed us to sleep in after many late nights.

I have no suggestions for improvement and we would definitely stay there again.

It's all good. Booking online went smoothly, the check in online worked well, arrival was smooth and the room was comfortable and very relaxing. As always, it's the staff who make the difference. The young man at the concierge desk wearing a trainee badge couldn't have been more helpful and obliging. The front office staff were great and the staff in the dining room were excellent. The whole procedure was a pleasure.

Great hotel in an exciting location. I would point out that their "kids sleep free" offer is a little misleading. It actually means they will share your bed for no extra charge. If you want a separate bed for them then you will need to pay. Overall their rooms are very clean and the hotel is well kept.

A very comfortable hotel that provide North American comforts. The hotel, room and washroom is very clean, sadly cleaner than many hotels in Canada. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety. I would highly recommend this hotel.
