Food lacks flavor. Watery sauces. Attentive staff and generally semi decent.

can say it was the worst pancake I've ever had.. I'm afraid that staffs there forgot how to smile.. one lady threw my dish across the table, and it might make me lose my appetite..

The bakery is open from 10am to 9pm on weekdays. On weekends and public holidays, it closes at nine-thirty. The hours for the cafe/restaurant are from 11:30am to 10:30pm.
There are set menus for lunch and dinner. In addition, the a la carte menu offers quite a wide variety of items to choose from. There are salads, sandwiches & burgers, pasta, pizza, rice dishes and entrees such as salmon steak, BBQ spare ribs, fried or roast chicken and steaks. There are also meals for kids.
The food tastes alright and is served in generous portions.

Concept and menu is good. The 2 waitresses minding the floor were efficient as they could be under pressure. Great place for a get together with friends. Not the place to go to if you are in a hurry.

I just witnessed a staff picking up a loaf of bread she dropped on the floor and quitely putting it in the back table, not directly in the garbage, waiting to bring back out when no one is around. When I asked her why she didn't just throw it away, she looked at me with guilt but ignored me and went back to work. This made me so gross out how inconsiderate these staffs are, not thinking the safety of the food they serve. Unbelievable! 😡

Food just ok, pancake no good. Expensive price, a coffee cost over HK$40, a tea set cost over $80 plus 10% service charge.

Food was ok some of it tasteless. Pizzas range in price from HK $108 - $128 and are big enough for 1-2 persons. Service was spotty. At times our waitress was on it, other times not so much. We came slightly before the lunch crowd so we were able to eat before the rush. It does get quite crowded at lunch.

It's overpriced and it's not even that good. There are other cafés nearby that offer way way better chocolate and coffee drinks.

Maybe the pastry are good the morning, but on evening it's not. The coffee are very overpriced for what it offers. The team don't speak english.
