Fantastic staff! Beautiful place (although the room is not really that big). Good location if you have to stay in Wan Chai (it's not the case for me). The culinary offer for breakfast is simply dull (hence the four stars).

This is a very good dining experience, it's always full, so we got an early dinner. No disappointment, everything good and the final desert cherry pie is an extra highlight, the fish , the salad is extraordinary, even though it's a bit expensive but the experience of this Italian food fest is high valued and memorable ! LOVE IT

The hotel is very new, opened 3 months ago. So that’s always a great perk.
Staff is amazing. Responsive, courteous, and helpful.
A beautifully designed boutique hotel with very thought out details. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is a very good size. Great TV.
Excellent location - super easy to get anywhere as you are right in the middle of Wanchai. Surrounded by local restaurants. Can walk to Admiralty and Central.
Excellent croissants.
Some notes for travelers:
- the living area of the rooms are very small. Barely any room left to move around. Very tiny closet space.
- Rather dim bathroom (think that’s intentional - for the mood)
- No special view from the room - staring at the building/neighbor just about 100 meters away
- Breakfast: everything is cold. For hot cooked food, need to pay separately
- Gym is not inside the building - it is a five min walk to a separate but very nice boutique gym.response / report this review -

Nicely furnished, clean rooms, helpful staff and convenient location. Small and slow lifts mean you can sometimes be left waiting though.

Love this place. It has a really cool ship theme with such amazing attention to detail that it feels like you're really in a room on an old school cruise liner.
Rooms are small (normal for HK) but it's so cozy and cool. Service is great with an attentive staff.
Also great coffee and avo and toast for breakfast (up there with the best in Sydney)!response / report this review -

Great hotel! It has everything you need when you are here to see the city. This is not the hotel you spend the whole day at (why would you?). Clean rooms and stylish! Don't rely on the older reviews as this hotel was reopened 2 months ago.

It was in general ok, conveniently located by MTR wanchai station in 3-4 mins by walking. Upgrade to executive room was a surprise;)

Yes, rooms are small (hello, this is Hong Kong!), hotel lack amenities (e.g. swimming pool), but excellent service. Staffs were very helpful, friendly and professional. Would love to stay there again.

Eh. Not impressed. Online reviews swayed me to book here, wish I hadn't. Not the nicest location, but a good location nonetheless. Tiny room, disturbing view of another building's wall, and an unappealing washroom sum up this stay. A solid 3-star hotel, where reviews state 4
