Charged for electricity that was not used for over 6 months. Thieves, just like they robbed the people of Guatemala on the lake Atitlan project!

Que vergüenza que en este hotel no haya una buena limpieza y que la recepción ni la Administracion se dedican a limpiar el hotel da vergüenza que los dueños les importe un comino que se caiga en pedazos, señores hasta un motel es más limpio que su hotel nanajuana

Don't waste your money. Ant colonies in the $182.00 Executive Suite, no wall between the bedroom and the toilet in the $237.00 most expensive room, no internet available at all, day workers marching past our most expensive room from morning to night, sticky cabinets and floors, front desk couldn't care less.
