Aussie spot! Pool table, arcades, jacuzzi, nice bar, lovely atmosphere, great prices, centric, they work a lot with volunteers so is always fun. Where the hot girls go.

Best place to stay in San Pedro for sure. Amazing breakfast included with your choice of fresh OJ or a tasty coffee! Jade and Megan were incredibly fun and helpful! Very relaxed and great place to meet others!

We paid for the most expensive room you offer over Christmas and I’m not sure why we bothered. It was completely empty apart from the bed, it didn’t have one single other piece of furniture in it - unlike in the photos, which show it with tables and nice curtains. The curtain on the wall where the sun comes up was also missing leaving sleep impossible after sunrise. The breakfast was good but also left us disappointed when your staff told us they couldn’t possibly make us breakfast 15 minutes earlier on the day we were leaving to make sure we made our Spanish class.

Went out for drinks with some friends we met along our travels. The facility was in a great location, staff seemed friendly and drink prices were very competitive. The bar had a nice vibe and drink quality was pretty basic.

Amazing hostel, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfasts in the morning. Very social and lots of opportunities for meeting people during breakfast, happy hour or fun events at the hostel but people were pretty good about noise in the dorms. Music stops early (as in everywhere else in San Pedro) which helps with those sleeping. Bathrooms were clean, common room area was spacious + pool table!

Staff were so friendly and helpful about everything! Breakfast was included which is always great and rooms were clean and comfy. Amazing vibe and meet some great people who we are travelling onwards with!

If you are fine with just a bed and one shelf in your room (we had a private one) you will absolutely be fine at Mr. Mullets. Our Problem was overall the noise, the music starts at 8 AM and ends at 11 PM, in high volume. So if you try to sleep early to start a trekking tour very early the next day, you either have to drink a few more beers or use Oropax. Apart from that the most annoying thing was the neighbours dog that barked without a break especially after midnight.
The location of the hostel is perfectly near the pier, so everything can be reached very fast. Overall there was good atmosphere in the hostel and the staff was very friendly.response / report this review -

Stayed in the private room, which is literally two double beds and that's it. Same price as the dorm for two people so it's worth it. Very friendly staff who make the hostel what it is. The chill area is cool and would recommend it again.

Super chilled hostel. Good price. Clean accommodation. Great staff. We stayed in a private room with a shared bathroom for 4 nights and were very comfortable. We aren't big on the party scene however do enjoy a couple beers. Happy hour is super cheap and they also run various events through the week. Mullets does a good job of finding the in between. The bar/common space is big and decked out with a pool table, games and a couple arcade machines. The breakfast that comes free with the stay is AWESOME. The hostel is quiet from 11pm till the morning. The wifi is good throughout the hostel.

Great staff at mullets. Free breakfast is a great perk of staying here. Nice dorm rooms with big lockers and bunks had personal outlet and lights. Laundry and tour guide services right next door.

This is a lovely place to stay in Lake Atitlan. There are nice rooms, a bar, hammocks, books and games and breakfast included. It's not a party hostel - quiet period is imposed from 11am. The location is perfect and extremely close to the port. Staff are friendly. Really enjoyed my three nights here!

Great value, great vibe, great bar, I had a great time staying here!
Dylan can't play pool. Sam can play pool. Shannon is a legend. Nic, the owner, is very cool.
The breakfast is the best and served until 11. Highly recommend staying here! Its not a party hostel I heard there are new rooms and a jacuzzi coming soon..response / report this review -

No lake view. Just dark Dorn & room. Staff are not so kind not so bad. Not so clean not so dirty. Somtimes, cold shower. But if you like to meet young friend from Canada or USA, will OK. Next door hostels are same price(or cheaper) but good condition. Think well.
